I was having an issue where the radiator fan would not turn on when the Rzr was idle for a few minutes. I would get a 'hot' warning on the gauge. I did the quick 'unplug the wire from the temp switch to see if the fan turns on' test and sure enough it worked...sure sign the temp sensor is bad.The actual fix is pretty trivial and only took about 2 minutes. Of course you have to remove the firewall between the seats and the engine but that isnt too bad to do.New sensor installed and the fan works exactly as expected...
