I've been looking for an effective alternative to traditional sandbags, and this Aqua Bag exceeded my expectations. The design is innovative, and I love how the water shifts inside the bag, creating a unique challenge for my core and balance during workouts. At first, I thought controlling the water movement would be difficult, but in reality, it's what makes the exercises so much more effective.The quality of the materials is excellent, and the bag feels sturdy. It's easy to fill and empty, and once you adjust the weight (in my case, 33 lbs), it's very comfortable to use for a variety of exercises like squats, lifts, and twists.The best part is that it's completely portable. I take it to my home gym or even to the park with no problem. For functional strength and stability training, I highly recommend this product. It's a great investment for anyone looking for something new and challenging!Now, my son, who practices baseball and is a pitcher, has taken it for his training. Undoubtedly, I’ll need to buy another one since he's using it to improve his strength and balance during his pitching sessions. It's such a great product that even my son has claimed it!

This is PERFECT for workouts after MY physical therapy because it activates smaller muscles around joints and core. I had/have MILD back problems (my legs and back get so tight that it’s like a constant Charlie horse but I can function). Core workouts support my back and counteract my shortened hamstrings and hip flexors.

My husband loves this water weight bag. All you need to do is add air and water in the bags to get a full body workout. Our transparent bags are marked according to water level/weight, athletes can follow the indicator to see how many pounds of water is in the equipment based on the water level height, making adjusting the weight easy

Got this to help me get back in the groove of working out/build a home gym. This bag is EPIC! I use doing weighted chair squats while at work this gets my heart pumping at a good pace. I'm excited to add it to more workouts in the future.

I believe there is a welded seam on inside and outside. It had a slight leak, like a very, very small leak. I'd notice after lifting it and spinning it for 10 min and it would have 1 small drop. Otherwise, I am new to these and love it.
