Had a different brand that was way more expensive and it had weak flow, cheaply made faucet and the cartridges lasted less time. This filter was easy to install. Has a very good hookup. The faucet is a good quality. The water taste is better and the flow is great. Buy it,try it,I think you might agree.

I love this water drop filter system. Once you get it installed it is super easy to change the filters under the sink. I love being able to fill water buckets for plant water or dog water dishes at the sink instead of from a countertop canister or fridge system. Just makes filtered water easy and the water tastes great.

There is the option of using a separate faucet or connecting directly to the sink. The design is well thought out, with a sticker to assist in installing the filter body for hanging. For the sink model, it provides adapters for both half-inch and three-eighths connections. The entire setup process is hassle-free and uncomplicated.I’ve purchased another one, which is arriving this week for a second unit - following this positive experience

Recently purchased this filter and found it to be much easier to install than one I had years ago which was bigger, bulkier and a bit more challenging to install. The filter is an easy twist on twist off and says it’s good for 2 years. We’ll see about that claim in about 18 months. The old system was plumbed through the main faucet but this one came with a dedicated spigot that only turns on when you want filtered water. I can honestly say that my coffee tastes so much better with filtered water! Overall, this filter is a great value for the money.

So far so good. Enjoying the taste of clean water. Although the water to our house is good drinking water we have noticed a tremendous difference from what we were drinking. We use the filtered water for coffee, ice tea, ice cubes and give to our dogs. Set up was simple. Highly recommend buying with the independent faucet so you are not using the filtered water when washing dishes.Updated 7/3/2021:We recently started having an issue with poor water flow as it slowed down to almost a dribble. It became painful to use as it took forever to fill anything. However, I contacted their customer service via email and received a reply with some trouble shooting tips. If you have any issues with water flow keep in mind, much like a faucet, calcium can build up and may need to be flushed or cleared from the system. I would give 10 stars if I could due to the added great customer service combined with an already great product. The following worked perfectly and our filtered water is back to having a strong flow.If the connection is correct (in and out lines), could you please perform the following steps to fix the issue:-Turn off the water supply to the filter.-Disconnect both hoses from the filter properly (guide attached).-Connect the **inlet hose to the OUTPUT port** on the filter, and connect the other hose as well.-Turn on the water supply.-Turn on the faucet, and flush for **3 minutes at least.**-Turn off the faucet, shut off the water supply again.-Disconnect both hoses, and restore the original connection.-Turn on the water supply & faucet, and check the flow rate now.

I have been eyeing an under sink filtration unit for some time. I bought this on prime day and promptly installed it. It took less than 15 minutes to have it installed and running using an existing soap dispenser hole already in the sink. It literally is so easy to install. The included faucet is decently attractive and overall quality is fantastic for the money. The water flow rate is over twice what comes from our fridge and that alone was worth the time and effort to install. We drink a lot of water as well as coffee, tea and ice with filtered water. Our water is pretty decent as a whole but this takes it to a new level. I have really noticed a difference with the coffee. Highly recommended product.

I recently installed the Waterdrop 15UB-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter, and I'm extremely pleased with the results so far. The water tastes great, noticeably cleaner and with less "flavor" than our old filter system. The filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm ensures that almost all bacteria are removed, and the lead-free, BPA-free materials give me peace of mind about the water's safety.Installation was straightforward, although removing the old filter was a bit challenging due to incompatible hardware and lines. I had hoped i could just cut the old lines and install, unfortunately i had to uninstall the entire old system and replace everything. Our previous filter system was no longer producing fresh tasting water, finding replacement filter cartridges for it was difficult and more expensive than the entire Waterdrop kit. The Waterdrop system, however, features innovative push-to-connect fittings, making the setup a breeze, and changing the filter looks equally simple.The flow rate is impressive, providing a steady supply of pure, fresh water. Overall, this filter system is a fantastic upgrade, offering efficient filtration and easy maintenance. Highly recommended!The only thing that is yet to be tested is filter longevity, i will be pleased so long as the filter lasts at least 12 months. However our municipal water is pretty clean but has a strong chlorine smell to it so i feel like we should have pretty good results.

Water tastes ok. Doesnt use electricity and takes very little space. Howeve the flow rate shud have been more. Takes a lot of time to fill up even a glass.

It took less than an hour to install and when combines with our water softener the result is amazing. Water tastes like nothing (exactly as it should). Water pressure out of the tap fills glasses and water bottles quickly. I really should have bought this sooner.
