Note:
The cross stitch fabric is printed with colorful patterns and grid lines, which can be easily washed off after you finish the embroidery work. Because it uses water-soluble printing dyes, please don't get it wet before finishing.

A pretty kit that comes with ample thread. Not too large but good craft project since cross stitching is time consuming. Need patience because the accompanying pattern sheet is hard to read.

This is a lot more difficult then I expected. Do not know how it could be for a child. I have done things like this my whole life and I had to put it down and work on another one. There could be better directions also the ones in closed are very vague.

First off, I really love this pattern but whomever put together the legend and the color coordination for the stamping was not thinking clearly. Bright yellow, and then light yellow. Green, then lime green. Bright blue, pastel blue and then dark blue with little gray dots in the middle. This isnt even all of them. THEN have them all sit together while you squint trying to figure out if you are looking at the right shade of stamp to ensure you use the proper threading.I love the stained glass and flower idea, LOVE IT. But I'm not a fan of how this was put together to accomplish the end piece. I'm just a small portion of the way through and I find more frustration than relaxation. If you have any sort of difficulty with sight or color blindness proceed with caution here. If you don't, then prepare for a challenge to put this one together.

I ordered one for myself and one for a great friend...Hopefully we can do them together...I live in Upstate NY and she lives down South...Should be fun...
