Had this shower head at a rental and purchased it to install at a house we bought. Easy to install and the BEST shower head. Pressure is great and the flow is just perfect. Will always buy this shower head for our homes.

A 9-inch large overhead waterfall showerhead sounds amazing! It can give you that luxurious, spa-like experience right at home. The wide coverage and gentle rain-like flow make for a super relaxing shower. If you’re looking to upgrade your bathroom, this is definitely a great choice!

I bought this Waterfall Shower Head in Brushed Nickel to replace the Chrome one that didn’t match the rest of the fixtures in the bathroom. Here are my impressions:Pros:Easy InstallationHigh Quality MaterialsExcellent Brushed Nickel FinishGood Water Flow (in my case, with the flow restrictor removed)Water Feels Good Hitting your Body (unlike the sharp needle like spray others have)And the Best Customer Service I’ve Experienced in YearsCons: (well sort of)The spray pattern coming out of the 9-inch head reaches the shower floor in a small cone shape 4- or 5-inch-wide circle (see picture). I mention this because from the picture of water coming out of the head, I’d think that it would hit the floor in a 9-inch-wide circle.Customer Service:I noticed the spray pattern and emailed Aqua Elegante with a request for instructions to remove the spray restrictor (I thought maybe it needed more pressure). I received a reply the next day with a courteous request for proof of purchase which I sent back. The next day they sent detailed “how to†instructions with pictures. Unfortunately, it did not change the spray pattern. So, I sent back an email explaining my dissatisfaction. The next day they sent me an email with a request that I send a short video for them to analyze and a desire to provide customer satisfaction. I sent them a video and the next day they replied and said they thought it was defective and an offer to send me another Shower Head. Every email I received from Jose Miguel Abiera at Aqua Elegante was courteous and helpful. This kind of Customer Satisfaction has all but disappeared from business today. This has been one of the best experiences with any Customer Satisfaction group I’ve had.

We were tired of our shower head and looked for one that was like "Rain" falling on us. It's also not easy to find a shower head in brass! This shower head hit on both our wish list. Easy to install and we tried it right away and it didn't leak either. This was perfect! Great Purchase :)

Bought this to replace a 7 year old expensive moen rain shower head that was clogged and couldn’t be cleaned out. This new rain head is much more compact and lighter and I’m hoping for the best to see how long it’ll last. First shower was really nice. No feeling of fast jets and much more like a rain head. We’ll see.

Delivery was quick and the customer service is EXCELLENT. The shower head is very easy to install and the instruction for removal of the flow restriction thing were included in the box, which was very helpful. The shower itself is wonderful and is wide so you get really great coverage. The shower stream doesn't reach all the way to the back of the tub but as a rain shower type of shower head, I didn't expect it would. But it is a very satisfying and drenching shower. I have strong water pressure and without the flow restriction thing, the flow is full and yet the pressure is soft. My 4 year old grandbaby likes to sit under the shower while the tub fills for bathtime. Here is the clincher, my hair rinses out in record time and I have thick and wavy waist length hair.

Mi casa tiene poca presión de agua, asà que tener la caÃda de agua plana, sin los arcos de las regaderas convencionales ha sido toda una experiencia. Para lograr que el cabezal quedara perfectamente horizontal añadà la extensión. De esta manera el agua “no hace ningún esfuerzo en salirâ€, cae como lluvia y es sensacional.Lo instalé sin herramientas. Muy fácil.El color me encanta y la calidad es excelente.

Bought to replace a broken showerhead before moving. Looks beautiful, works well. 4 stars only because the spray isn't as good as the high quality one I had previously but this one is still very good and cost hundreds of dollars less.
