I use these connectors to hook up batteries in a 12 volt grid solar system. My system has many of these connectors and they are all compatible (with other 50A grey connectors). Overall, they were the same quality as the others. These did include a mounting system which is nice for using in a battery box or other mount situation.MY SCALE:âââââ Highly Recommendââââ Good, Recommended-but maybe check others alsoâââ Look around, but this will do the basic job

Had to wire in a DC-DC connector in my truck bed using this connector. Worked great and easy to install. I liked that they included rubber gaskets for getting a weather-tight seal.

Great flush mount Andersen connection for sub-50amp requirements. Mounted it in my battery box on my travel trailer. Makes connecting my air compressor and other accessories a breeze.Built to last, great value, tight fit with multiple brands of connectors. Functionally met every requirement. Recommended!

I got the all black set. These are very durable. After I soldered the cable to the pins they get inserted into the housing and seat with a little click.They comes with rubber covers that are integrated into the assembly that screws to the panel, so the connector is kept from getting dusty, dirty, and keeps out most of the water. Once this is opened, of course the connection with the cable can get pretty wet. When the male end is inserted it goes in relatively easy, and it moves around a bit more than I want. It stays in place, but if someone trips over the cable I'm pretty sure it will get yanked out of the panel connector.

These 50 amp connectors are very nice, and makes connecting and disconnecting high power cables much more convenient. While the connectors themselves, seem to be on par with other brands of connectors I have, what I really like is the mount. The style of this mount, allows it to be mounted more securely, than some other styles that I've used. Also, the covers/caps, fit securely, and feel nice.
