I use this to haul a 10 pound chain along with a hefty D-lock. I bike on average about 3 times a week for the past 2 months and it’s been working perfectly. Buckles seems sturdy and easy to fasten. I like that there’s a separate handle to lift the bag and another handle to lock/unlock to the rack.

I generally like the bag but I have a few comments regarding the design.The 15L bag is missing the internal zipped pocket.The plastic support wall is too high.Once you open the bag, your fingers hit the top of the wall. It should be better integratedThe side straps are too long. Once they are connected the ends are too loose so they can potentially get into bicycle spokes.One solution is to create some kind of connection to tighten them up. See attached picture.No spare parts available for these bags.I contacted the "customer service" and never received any answers. This is the main reason I give these bags only two star review.

Took these on a 8 day bike tour and broke the second day. Plastic shields on the bottom broke and got caught in my spokes, bending them and knocking my wheel out of alignment, making my brakes rub. Had to get my bike repaired. Poor quality construction.

I searched for agessssssss to find the right panniers for my bike and finally settled on these. I have a Tern GSD and it clips onto the side bar beautifully (I got worried at first because it was too small but then realised there were little inserts in the clip to connect to smaller racks that you can slip out making the clip opening bigger and able to attach to thicker racks). Stabilised at the bottom, no flapping about. 15L Fits a backpack easily and heaps of groceries. Took a heap of library books back the other day and it carried the weight no problem. Super stoked with these, highly recommended. I've had mine for a few weeks so let's see how they hold up over time.
