Just received my RAINS pants today, I ordered 2 pairs of these for my upcoming trip to New Zealand. I like these because they are modern looking and excellent quality. I will update my review after putting them to use but right of the box, I can see that the quality is what I was looking for!

The black size XXL rain pants by Rains are made in PRC (china). The rain pants are made with a 100% polyester material with a 100% polyurethane coating. The legs are long, so tall people will be happy, and medium people like me will have extra leg material at the ankles. I ordered the XXL so I could use these in the winter with layers underneath. The material is not very durable as rain pants go, and I would not recommend hiking on overgrown trails, as these pants do snag. The polyurethane doesn't wear well, so I would not sit on rocks with these pants. I think these are good pants and a good deal would be about $65.4 stars

I’m 6’0†tall and these pants are long enough for me. Yay! I ordered a M. I wear a 29 jeans for purpose of size comparison. The elastic waist is not tight. Overall great pants for keeping dry in the rain.

I have some high-end waterproof hiking pants, but let's be honest- they really don't go with a whole lot else rather than outdoor wear. I previously ordered a RAINS backpack which I was quite impressed with, so I decided to give these a try as a trip I was about to take was calling for bad weather most of the time.I was primarily worried that the material would be stuffy and not breathe at all, and while not as breathable as a traditional fabric I was quite impressed. It turns out the pants got plenty of use on that trip, and for once I didn't look like someone out of place with hiking gear on. They're a bit on the long side for my abnormally short legs, but otherwise are well constructed and stylish pants.

I ordered these to use while pressure washing, and I cannot be any happier with how they perform.The material is very high quality, but you don't get overheated either. The best of both worlds!The captive drawstring waistband couldn't be any comfier. Plus, the elastic in the ankle openings is made to comfortably keep the elements out.I'd highly recommend you take a gander at the RAINS store because they have some very stylish waterproof gear. I will be ordering a parka to go with the pants.You cannot go wrong with this well made, waterproof pant.

These pants keep you dry for sure. If you like the style and are willing to pay $95 for them, go for it. Just be sure to order a size smaller than what you usually get. I'm 5'11" and the Small size fits me perfectly. Medium would've definitely been too large.
