These shoes work well on slippery surfaces. The only reason I deducted one star was because when watching the demo it looked like they were slip ons. They are a tennis shoe & if not tied too tight can be slipped on but the tongue is rather long. Over all I do like them.

These arrived really fast, wrapped in plastic, with no box included. At first glance I thought they looked chunky and kind of oddly large. The look reminds me of the knock off shoes you could get at dollar stores. They are true to size though, they just feel really huge on my feet. They aren't very pleasing to look at either, but they're meant for work so I wanted to give them a fair chance and wear them a few times to see how comfortable they were and to see if they were in fact water resistant. So the good stuff first- they are nonslip and are waterproof up to the laces. The bottoms of my socks stayed dry but the top part did get a little moisture in them but not nearly as much as without water resistant shoes. They fit like a wide width which I really liked but they're far from lightweight. They feel chunky and kind of clop when you walk in them. They do lack support in the insoles as the ball of my feet and my back were killing me after wearing them the first day. I replaced the soles with a good quality insert to make them more comfortable and that seems to be working well. If you can get over the aesthetics, the chunkiness and don't mind replacing the insoles they're ok but I do think they are a little overpriced for what you're getting.

I usually wear a size 10 but I have gained 40lbs over the past few years and my foot has grown to a size 11, so that is what I ordered. These shoes are very lightweight and comfortable. We recently had a lot of rain and I wore them outside running errands and my feet stayed dry. One of my friends was wearing new waterproof shoes he spent almost $200 on and his feet were soaked.I have wide feet but not wide enough to specifically order wide shoes because they tend to be way too big on me. These shoes fit the width of my foot really well.

The tongue of the shoes are not symmetrical & the stitches are not uniform. I would have returned it but there's no return for this product.

These tennis shoes look nice but they’re not what they say. They are not wide to box and I ordered my normal size 11 1/2 wide and I wouldn’t even say they’re wide my toes were pretty crunched in there.

These are very comfortable. The laces pull tight enough and don't slip or come untied. I wore them on a rainy day to test them out. The tread on the bottom gives a great grip for regular walking, but through mud, I was still trying to be very careful. I did slip in the mud and fell. The mud soaked through my jeans and underware, all the way to my skin. However, my feet and socks stayed try. The shoes were easy to clean. I took pictures of them muddy, after brushing off the mud, and then today after several weeks of wear.

These waterproof, wide-width, non-slip sneakers target women needing comfortable and practical footwear for work environments like food service or nursing, as well as everyday walking. They boast water resistance, a slip-on design, and a lightweight construction, all while aiming for a fashionable look. However, my initial experience reveals a mixed bag of pros and cons.Initial Impressions:The shoes appear true to size, which is a definite plus when ordering online. The claim of being "pretty waterproof" seems accurate so far, handling splashes and light rain with ease. The construction feels sturdy, suggesting good durability for demanding work environments. The slip-resistant sole provides a good grip on various surfaces, a crucial feature for those in food service or healthcare. Aesthetically, they are reasonably stylish for a functional shoe, managing to avoid looking too clunky. The Stiffness Factor:The most significant drawback I encountered is the stiffness of the shoes. While this might contribute to their durability and water resistance, it also makes the initial break-in period quite challenging. My first day of extensive walking resulted in sore feet and some bruising. This stiffness isn't just a minor annoyance; it's a significant factor affecting comfort, especially for those who spend long hours on their feet.Break-In Period Required:It's clear that these shoes require a dedicated break-in period. The stiffness suggests they need time to mold to the shape of your feet. I plan to continue wearing them for shorter periods, gradually increasing the duration, to see if they become more flexible and comfortable. Hopefully, with consistent wear, the stiffness will lessen, and the shoes will become more enjoyable to wear for extended periods.Pros: * True to size: Eliminates the hassle of returns due to sizing issues. * Water-resistant: Effective at repelling water in light rain and splashes. * Sturdy construction: Suggests good durability for demanding work environments. * Slip-resistant sole: Provides a secure grip on various surfaces. * Lightweight: Comfortable for extended wear, even with the stiffness. * Reasonably stylish: Aesthetically pleasing for a functional shoe.Cons: * Extremely stiff: Requires a significant break-in period. * Initial discomfort: Caused soreness and bruising during the first long wear.Overall:These waterproof wide-width slip-on sneakers have the potential to be great work and everyday shoes. The water resistance, slip-resistant sole, and sturdy construction are valuable assets. However, the significant stiffness and the resulting break-in discomfort are major downsides. If you're willing to invest the time and endure the initial break-in period, these shoes might be a good fit. However, be prepared for some foot discomfort initially. I will update this review after a more extended break-in period to assess whether the stiffness improves and the overall comfort increases.Recommendation:For those needing a waterproof, wide-width, slip-resistant shoe for work, these are worth considering, but with a strong caveat about the stiffness. Be prepared for a break-in period and perhaps start by wearing them for shorter durations. If you prioritize immediate comfort, these might not be the best choice right out of the box. Consider adding cushioned inserts to help with the stiffness during the break-in period. Ultimately, the long-term comfort will depend on how well they break in.
