This is perfect for pottery and dries green too. It's not too thick either. Like painting water on you pieces.

The wax resist works great - goes on easily, spreads well with a brush. The best part is that since it's dyed a greenish tint, it dries that way, too! So I know exactly where it's at. I've been able to sand away some errant drops before glazing to keep my projects looking good.

Purchased this for the pottery studio use, its consistency is too runny and it never set up. Extremely poor value, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go with a bigger brand name for pottery wax use, complete waste of money.

I like that the wax is visible on my work. I also like a bit of extra assurance that glaze is unlikely to wreck the pot and kiln shelf.

I love this green wax for the bottoms of pots so when I dip glaze the bottoms don't get glazed. I also use it for the very bottom edge of my pots where I don't want glaze to run in the kiln. It works well for this and because it is colored you can see exactly where you brushed it on.

Didn’t expect this to be as runny as water, very disappointing. I really like the green color though. Has no smell. Goes on smooth but since it’s runny it did run down the side of a piece. Annoying!

Really disappointed with this wax. It’s way too runny. I tried to apply it to some underglazed parts, and it was so watery that it ran all over my piece and into parts I didn’t want to be waxed. I’m not sure how effective it would be - it seemed more like water than wax. Other reviews say it was too solid - so it sounds like they have some issues with making a product that’s the right consistency.
