Bought this igniter and it only lasted 5 months. Recently read reviews and it seems that other customers had the same problem. Wonder why Amazon would continue to sell such an inferior product made in China?

Brand new product, installed correctly, used correctly. Stops working randomly. Completely took a dump. Pulled it back out and it's burnt up and has no continuity. Can't figure out a way to get a replacement. Kind of ridiculous. These are supposed to last for years.

I have ordered 3 of these. They only last 2-3 months. Not understanding why. We just ordered yet another one to get us through until I can bite the bullet and pay $85 for one that hopefully doesn't die randomly.The one that just stopped working was in the middle of dinner cooking.This time I will be requesting a refund. Good luck

If the product would last longer than a few months, then it would be a good product. The first one stopped working after a few months and the seller replaced it. The second one has now gone out. Great seller but the product did not last.

Paying direct and a DIY instgall is worth it compared to a service call. Samsung has this common problem of not maintaining oven temperature, so I bought the ignitor. It installed in a matter of minutes. Used a phillips screwdriver, flashlight and wire cutters to wire nut to the existing plug.

Exact fit. Still works months later. Great value and easy to install. Hopefully won't need another one but would definitely order again if i needed too.

This was the 2nd element I've purchased from Amazon and each one only lasted a month or so.Ended up purchasing one from an appliance store for around 35=40 and is been going strong for about 6 months. Highly recommend NOT purchasing these fun Amazon
