Fast delivery. Nicely packaged. Engraving cost extra but I opted for that option. The wooden board isn’t fine oak or mahogany but it’s adequately lacquered. The pieces fit in the squares as they were designed to. The drawers open and close w/o difficulty. Maybe little knobs would help that feature. The game pieces are legible—even the small ones. A few were smudged a bit but not a deal breaker. I played a game and realized the pieces needed to be organized so I cut little plastic Dixie cups to fit in the drawers, and numbered each cup accordingly. The cups can be removed from the drawers for easier access. I’m sure I’ll continue to enjoy this board. THE GAME IS AFOOT!
