SIZING & COMPATIBILITY: This post trim ring fits perfectly on true 5x5 post commonly used on decks, fences, mailboxes, etc. Max post dimensions are 5.02" x 5.02" and the outside dimension when installed is 7.87". Check you post before purchase, nominal 5’’x5’’ posts measure 4.5’’x4.5’’. This will only fit a true 5’’x5’’ post.

The 5 inch x 5 inch Two-Piece Federation Skirt is made to fit around a true 5 inch post. It will not fit on a standard wood post, which usually measures 4.5 inches x 4.5 inches.

All of our skirts are made in the USA with High quality, durable PVC vinyl. They are UV and water resistant for a lasting look that will never fade. Installation is simple: simply snap the two-piece skirt around the post. If you would like to secure the skirt, use clear silicone made for outdoor use. Do not use vinyl glue or super glue, as you will not be able to remove the skirt, should you need to.

The two pieces did not easily "snap together", but with some force, it came together.

This item does not stay put together at all! Very annoying. I even glued the two parts together and it didnâ€™t work. I used it with a 5 inch vinyl post so I was expecting something that would snap together and stay in place but not the case. I suggest you buying one that is a whole piece instead.

Was a little skeptical but once I received them I was surprised at how perfectly they fit my pergola 5x5 inches poles, it gave an extra nice very noticeable finishing touch, highly recommend. All you have to do is put them in position and snap them together nice and tight, really love it!

Product would not snap together. Had to drill out the holes on one corner to make it work. Then had to super glue the other corner gor it to stay in place
