This isn't identical to original diaphragms replaced discontinued valve and maker price for same part is triple . It has no metal for its match but fits in nicely and functions without any problems I got to continue using my installed system but looking into more available units to find replacements locally and available now. I had to wait 4 days and hand watering isn't my thing .

They just don't make 'em like they used to. ... and that's the problem - where to find parts?This part is currently working in the 1980 Weathermatic precursor to the "Silver Bullet" valve series. It doesn't quite look like the 1980s model, but it fits where it counts, and the solenoid actuates it. For 3 weeks now, 3x per week (it's summer.) This was a lot cheaper than hiring someone to dig up the valve.

It worked fine. It just took a little long for it to arrive in the mail. I would recommend it.

Just as described,We will see how long it lasts.The last one I got only lasted approximately six months was not from this seller though. Hopefully the seller product does better

One zone of my sprinkler system would not shut off. Replaced the diaphragm and now it works like new.
