This is a web launcher toy. The principle is to launch the head and string by spring force. The head with a magnet can be adhere to iron products after being launched. If the magnet is replaced with a suction cup, the head can be adhere to a smooth and flat object. With the built-in rechargeable battery and motor, you can quickly retract the string by pressing the button.
How to use the cool stuff:
1. Reel in the string---Press and hold the reel-in switch until the string is completely retracted, while avoiding any pauses in the process.
2. Head loading.
3. After the head is loaded, you must press the reel-in switch so that the bullet can reach the maximum range.
4. Launch---Press the launch switch with the ring finger (or middle finger) to fire, which will launch the head about 8 feet.

Q: What should I do if the Item doesn't retract?
A: The string might be knotted in the reel.
1. Open the cover with the screwdriver
2. Take out the whole string from the reel and untie any knots
3. Pull out the whole string from the launch port
4. Install the cover back in place and resume normal

This product was very good but my cat kept messing with the string so it got tangled easily and I thought the top right screw was to open the reel but it wasn’t and the spring got out of place and was very hard to put back but I looked at pictures and found out how to bend it into the right place.

Great product, I got 2. One was perfect and one came super tangled, it took about an hour to untangle it myself with the help of the screw driver but I did it. Sometimes it still gets tangled up but these tangles are smaller and easy to fix. If you buy this product you must understand you may need to often perform maintenance on it. The suction cups are not that great either, but that's OK. I did no expect to be able to actually use it practically, its just a fun prop. If the suction does hold up, it will detach from the magnet as you try to pull whatever the cup is stuck to in. Overall, great for what it is.

UPDATE- WOW! I am completely shocked and impressed. After 6 months, I had someone reach out to me apologizing for the experience I had and offered to make this error right. They said they've taken 6 months to upgrade their product and wanted to give me a chance to have mine replaced for free with a new upgraded Web shooter. They followed through with that and extremely quickly I must add. NOT ONLY THAT, but also offered me an Amazon gift card. I'm so blown away by this! In all my years I've never had anything like this happen and I'm so grateful! The new shooter is amazing and my son is so happy. It works great, battery life is very impressive, fits perfectly to his hand and is having a blast with it just like originally intended. The customer service from this provider is immaculate. Their communication was on point. They were understanding, kind and generous. I am just so impressed and happy! THANK YOU ANDY!Bought this as a gift. Really upset and disappointed to be honest. This was the gift he wanted more than anything. He used it only a couple of times and it barley "shoots" and for $40 that is crazy to me. And of course because it was a gift my 30 day window is closed, awesome. So make sure to look into other ones with better reviews because you won't get help fixing it

My son really enjoyed item for the brief time it lasted. Would not even charge once after dead. Return window closed and for $30 I expected much better. Sad kid and money wasted unfortunately.

My son saved up money to buy this, and was super excited when he got it.It worked great the first day and was a lot of fun to use but by day 2, the the spring mechanism had started malfunctioning.He says this is a rip-off considering how much he paid for it!!

Very good customer support. My son might of gotten a defective one or he himself might of broken it. Either way I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new one right away and the sales rep is very nice and I appreciate how quick the response were. I recommend this toy just carefully read the instructions. My son is so happy now he really likes the toy.

My son, 7, received this last year for Christmas. It’s gotten a lot of play time and is still working great. He’s lost some of the magnets, but that’s ok. He likes to find magnetic doors he can pull closed with it, and he uses it to play tag as well. I thought it was a little pricey as well but since it’s lasted this long, I think it’s worth it.

Llegó antes de tiempo, con el manual en inglés, pero llegó sin el hilo puesto en el dardo, alguien me puede asesorar cómo instalar el hilo al dardo? Ya que si quito los tornillos del hexágono se ve el hilo adentro pero no lo puedo abrir porque siento que se va a romper, alguien me podrÃa asesorar por favor? Mi niño ya quiere jugar ðŸ™
