When trying to open clamps during its second use, the rivets failed. Not an item we use often, so discovered beyond the return window. Tried contacting the seller, but no contact information.

This was a nice size for a taco casserole and the use of large tortillas. Made a recipe like a quesadilla. Worked great! Easy to open and very little sticking of the food. Easy to clean! Will use many times!!

Unfortunately the pan was damaged. One of the rivets was missing so the clasp was loose.
