This weber is just amazing! Love all the extras and special features. Very well built! We are elderly so had delivery and assembly. The amazon delivery and assembly guys were just spectacular. They were very knowledgeable and only took them an hour and half to put together. We had a time window upon delivery and this is the first time ever that I've had delivery folks show up early. It was great!! If I could give higher than 5 stars for the product and the professionalism I would!!!! Best experience ever!!

Ive used this grill a few times now to cook burgers, bbq chops, and london broil. I can say without a doubt that weber made me a believer! The heat is even and precise across the cooking surface, the burner knobs are very easy to manipulate, and this thing in general is built like a tank! Everything ive cooked on it has come out perfect and delicious.Now i upgraded from a home depot nexgrill that i used for 5 years before it started rusting apart. Right from the start, that grill had horrible hot spots where burgers would cook twice as fast as others depending on where they were, i could never get the heat right for steak, etc. It got to the point where i actually avoided grilling most food because i hated the outcome.This genesis grill has completely changed my confidence with grilling, and has made me prefer using it for everything i can now! Absolutely in love with it, and i HIGHLY recommend upgrading if you can spare the change. They arent cheap, but boy do you get a quality product thats built to last.

Took a little while to put together by myself, in hindsight a second pair of hands would have been great. Didn't help that it was really hot outside. The manual did a good enough job of explaining how to put everything together, and for the more confusing bits there's an app that shows you step by step 3D videos of what goes where.I thought I'd use the side burner more, but right now I find it hard to justify the extra money for it (compared to the 315/325).My only real problem with it is that the front of the grill (closer to the knobs) doesn't get hot enough, so I find myself either cooking everything towards the back (if ai can), or shifting the food back and forth to have everything ready at the same time..

This was a bit larger than what I was looking for (Natural Gas + Side Burner) but so far after a couple of months use... I really like it. Assembling it was fun (for me) ... but if you are not an 'assembler' you may find it challenging. I have to say, with all the intricate part and particularly all the careful packing of all those parts, I'm amazed it can be built for the going price.

Weber is more expensive; however, the product will outlast the competition thereby increasing the value of the product. I had a weber that lasted 15 years...used it all the time. Gave it a landscaper who used it for another 10 years. I stored this outside as well. I hope this lasts as long.****Some plastic parts???? This model did not have the propane weight gage so you cannot tell how much is left?

I shopped at the big box home improvement stores for this grill and none had one in stock. I got this grill today and two very nice men took it to my patio and assembled it. They did an amazing job and were done in about an hour. We inspected for any damage which there was none and I hooked up a gas bottle to check it out. This grill started first try and it started to heat up in seconds.
