Heavy gauge stainless steel, good thickness and value for the money. They are a replacement for the porcelain ones on my Weber E-330. Fit is perfect but...they glow red hot when cooking. Old ones did not do that. Grill temps and cooking heat do not seem to have changed.

Have a Genesis E330 grill that I could see through the old flavorizer bars after about 7 years of moderate use. Thought about buying the less expensive porcelain steel bars, but decided these might last longer. I good reviewer would wait 5 years to better observe the product, but I ain't a good reviewer so you get this. Grease from food drips on bars burns off before it has a chance to flare up. They work great for this.

These Flavor bars look very nice. There is no sharp edge to cut you like on the cheap "stainless" flavor bars I have purchased in the past. So, this go-round I decided to pay the over $100 price for Original Weber Flavor Bars. These have a good gauge of metal and have a nice finish AND are not stuck together with machine oil like the cheapies. BUT, these are not 100% stainless. A magnet sticks like glue to these. Was hoping for a better grad of Stainless. Time will tell if my purchase was worth the extra coin.

I bought the Weber 7620 Gas Grill Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bar Set and Weber 7528 Stainless Steel Cooking Grates for my four-year-old Weber E310 and both were a perfect fit. Nice quality and should last much longer than the original parts. If those part numbers don’t fit your E310, then you received the wrong parts.

Beautiful products. Had these 4 months. Have held up great. Very nice Products. Great quality. Expensive, but with these, you get what you pay for and it I recommend paying for the quality guarantee.

I got the correct model version but it was a touch too long. I barely forced it in for my bbq but next time I will need to grind it short. Not happyI will not use Amazon next time. I will buy it direct.
