Time of Change Nursing Pads
If you leave them in too long, you run the risk of smelling like spoiled milk. If you leak a little, you may be okay with changing them twice a day. If you leak more, keep in mind that, it’s a good idea to change them as soon as the pads get wet.
You had better change the nursing pads for a fresh clean pad, every few hours, even if they are not soaked. Leaving a pad on too long can lead to leaking, moist conditions.

Absolutely love these! Wish I'd had them for my first three. They have saved me money on buying disposable pads and are much more comfortable. They are large, soft and extremely absorbent. And enough come in a pack to last a week before needing to wash for clean ones. I love that they come with a laundry bag for washing. I've even started using it to keep my little ones socks and mittens from getting lost in the wash.

Great packaging! Was very surprised by the size I wasn’t expecting them to be so big but no worries! Using my husbands chew can for size reference.. fits great in my nursing bra, super soft quality. As they are thin, I’m hoping it will still absorb leakage well! Comes with laundry bag and a cute little storage bag.

Works great, went to work with them on as a nursing mom and it didn’t leak until I could pump at lunch. Would recommend to bring another pair when out and about because when you take it out it’s moist and cold so you don’t want to reuse it. Great idea to utilize the wash bag instead of just throwing it in the hamper.

These are a nice quality, I like the colors and that one side is a waterproof material to stop leaking. They are thinner than my Lanisnoh pads, but I haven’t had any problems leaking and I think it is more comfortable. They are also a lot larger size I have which is an issue because they sometimes bunch up or fall out of my bra.

I’ve used these for a month, and they’re still in great shape with no discoloration or residual odors. These nursing pads are so soft and comfortable to wear, and they absorb the letdown milk very well and stay dry throughout the day. I also love that these come out of my dryer ready to use, unlike the other reusable nursing pads I used before that often come out still damp. I just ordered another set so I can fully retire my older nursing pads.

I got these for myself for postpartum and I love the quality of the product. They work as intended but the shape is not very flattering. Every time I wore them you could see the outline of them through my bra and shirt. The edges were too thick.

Love these! Love that they are organic and dpnt use harsh bleaching chemicals like some of the disposables. I know my baby isn't ingesting anything weird, and the no plastic to throw away so better for environment, the absorbancy is great!

I absolutely love my bamboo nursing pads! I’ve had them now for about five months and they are all still in perfect condition. I only wear them for one night and then throw them in the wash, or one day and throw them in the wash. The only complaint that I have is that they are completely flat, so if there is any bend in it (which there will be to fit the roundness of a breast), they are quite lumpy looking. They are still comfortable mind you, but you can definitely see it through your shirt even with a bra on. Since I am still on maternity leave, I wear these whenever I am at home and switch to disposables when I leave the house.
