This ball adapter is the coolest thing. It’s always been a pain in the rear having to swap out hitch/ball set ups between a 2†and a 2 5/16â€. With this I can just leave my 2†ball on all the time and still use my 2 5/16†trailers! You just need to make sure you’re not going over the weight limit of the 2†ball. A lot of the complaint I’ve seen about this item is that it isn’t magnetic and you can leave it on all the time… that’s not true. I always use a rubber ball cover to keep grease from getting on my pants when I’m walking around the back of the truck, and this has secured the adapter perfectly when I’m not hooked up to a trailer.

Works as noted except magnet is mentioned which is not there, put mine in the sack it came with fasted to the hitch device. Would buy again.

Perfect for the 2†tow ball on my garden tractor. I use this to pull the trailer from backyard to the front on my property so I don’t have to drive the truck between the houses. Good quality.

I was very skeptical about using this thing, but was assured by the manufacturer that it would be fine and they were right. I’ve probably logged over 100 hours of towing with this thing and it’s still working perfectly!

It fit just fine and worked as intended. Was kind of hard to get trailer on but after some lubricant it worked well.
