As a septuagenarian focussed on longevity, I found out that being able to hang from a bar for 30 seconds put you in with the elite. Well, I have excellent grip strength, but there's no way I can hang for 30 seconds!I saw an ad on FB for these grips that help you to hang and I thought "D*mn, I need a pair of those." When i saw the price I almost 💩myself! Anyway, I checked Amazon and found these. They were significantly cheaper than the ones I saw, but did the exact same thing. Free shipping too. Anyway, I figured if they were crap or I didn't like them I could just take them to WF and drop them off.Well, no need for any of that! These are just perfect. Very, very heavy duty, like a gym would buy and put out in the weight room. They do the job and my hangs are no longer than 30 seconds! Very comfortable and when I am not using them I store them hanging on my bar.Cannot go wrong with these.

My gym bag got stolen out of truck. I am hemiplegia and my trainer recommended we try these. We absolutely love the fit of these on my hand and the hooks on the bar. My gym back got stolen out of my truck so I was needing to replace the the items in the bag without breaking the bank. We wish we had these 8 years ago.
