I bought these cuffs on January 2, and they didn’t even last me until the end of the month. The most amount of weight I put on these cuffs were 20lbs, and the D-rings are pretty much hanging on by a thread. The cuffs are also just not well designed in general. The wraps are awkward during use, and the loop used to tighten the cuff is prone to shift - making the cuff loosen during use. You’re honestly better off just buying some cuffs and straps separately.

I should preface this review by stating that this is my first pair of wrist straps so I can't say how it compares to other straps. What I can say is that I'm happy with these and they work well for me. Up until this point I have only been using my bare hands and I have seen other people using them so I wanted to give them a try. I was drawn to these because of the attachment for weight machines. I don't use those attachments too much because I focus mainly on free weights, but I appreciated having them for the times I did use them. For the free weights I had to figure out how to use these straps and once I did I wished I had tried something like this sooner. I'm not sure how it works but it does help. I've been using them a few months and they are very durable.

First time using this and I use the d ring for single arm tricep push downs and immediately hear a rip. not good to use d ring but as for the strap itself it’s good. Just buy any other strap the d ring is for sure going to rip

The weight lifting straps are a good idea. The 2 functions were wrapping the strap around the barbell to allow you to lift a weight without being limited by your grip strength. The other advertised function was clipping a cable and D-ring to the rings on the wrist band.I posted photos to show what it looked like when I used it in the gym. When using the rings on the wrist band for cable exercises, I was able to lift lighter weights with no problem. As I increased weight, the wrist band tended to shift, resulting the straps getting out of line. I attached a photo of that. You can see how the D-ring on the wrist band got out of alignment.Overall, it's worth a try to see if it works for you. The use of rings on the wrist band is appealing. By attaching the the cable to the rings instead of a handle, you shorten the length of the lever (your forearm), giving you more leverage and more control over the amount of weight.

I got these for my boyfriend who works out almost every day. He uses relatively heavy weights and does compound lifts and strength training frequently. They work sufficiently as a grip strength strap, but the D ring is not sturdy enough to withstand heavy or frequent use. If you need these primarily for the D ring aspect be cautious.

Kinda garbage honestly. Will be avoiding buying workout gear from Amazon in the future to avoid this Chinese crap.

Don’t waste your money. Broke under a load of 16kg on the cable machine. Utter rubbish
