took me calling customer service to replace order due to receiving an empty box and opened package. contents we spilled during shipping. so the 2nd time (replacing package order) was shipped in a much sturdier box and packaging. Product is good and does a great job!

This doesn't appear to be a genuine weiler product, because the previous weiler wire brushes I owned and store bought, had Weiler logo stamped on the side of the metal, this does not. This has very thin bristles and as you can see in the picture, they spread outwards even when used at the slowest speed on the 12 volt angle grinder.I use these for light cleaning or various metals. I will need to see how they hold up to prolonged use and if the bristles start to fly out or not.Also, it was confusing when buying, didn't know if it was 1 piece or 10 pieces. Just to clarify, it's 1 box with 10 pieces in it. So $25 for the box makes it a decent purchase at $2.5 per piece.
