I bought this blanket for a trip our family took to Hawaii. It comes in the tiniest little bag, which is connected to the blanket and four stakes. It is so beautiful!!!! It's water proof and sand just falls right off of it. It didn't take up ant room in my suitcase and it's really light weight. I absolutely love it!!!

This blanket is GREAT. Lightweight, HUGE when unfolded, and perfect for sandy areas. Used on a beach trip but I also use it under lawn chairs if I go to an outdoor play or concert to keep bugs away from my feet while seated in a grassy area.A little tricky to fold down to go back in the sack, easier if done with two people. When It’s all folded up in the sack it’s deceptively heavier than it looks. Gorgeous pattern, very functional

This was the perfect blanket for my baby on the beach. It was light weight and was an easy set up using the steaks provided. The sand was easily brushed off, but it wasn’t as “sand-proof†as I expected. Additionally, we needed to place bags on the blanket to keep it from blowing sand around on the baby.

This is by far one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon! Timing, size, quality, durability, design, versatility, weight, and overall usefulness this fits the bill. Four people could lay down at one time. It helped define our space, was held in place by sand or rocks in the corner pockets our by using the stakes provided. The attached stuff sack could have been a bit larger, but I was able to fit the entire blanket inside with a bit of effort. It repelled both sand and water and was easily washed and dried in my washer/dryer.

To be honest I’m not a big fan of the beach. Its the sand- it gets everywhere which is ok for my wife and kids but not so much for me. To make our trip to the shore more comfortable i decided to order a blanket to replace the old sheet we have spread on the sand for years. After doing some research I bought this one. And came into the 21st century. What a wonderful blanket. It is strong microfiber that doesn’t hold on to the sand. If it gets wet, it dries quickly and it is so soft and smooth. The colors are beautiful and hard to believe but it actually does stuff into the attached storage sac albeit with a little effort. It is thin but not without substance. We got the 8x7 which is the size of our old sheet but it felt much larger since it spread out well with the included stakes and sand pockets which kept it in place. Not like the old sheet that always ended up twisted and full of sand. So I guess i can’t blame the sand and blanket anymore and might actually enjoy the beach- just took a great blanket, go figure.Last but not least, in the blanket package was a nice note from the company owner giving thanks for my business. When does that ever happen? Never, so a very nice touch. I did contact them regarding my shipment and the owner responded quickly and resolved my issue. So great blanket, great service, great price. And i like the beach again.

It dries quickly and doesn’t get heavy. Sand shakes off easily, making cleanup a breeze.If you're looking for a portable and comfortable. Highly recommend!
