We picked up this trivia game for a road trip, and it turned out to be an absolute hit with our family! Rated for ages 8 and up, it’s perfect for higher elementary-aged kids and their families. The questions were challenging enough to keep the adults entertained without boring our 5th and 3rd graders. Everyone had a blast answering and learning along the way!Versatility and Fun:We initially planned to use this game on our road trip, and it worked wonderfully for that. The categories offer great variety, which kept everyone engaged, especially since different kids enjoyed different topics. For example, our daughter loved answering science and movie questions, while our son shone in the geography category. The fun didn’t stop after the trip—we’ve been using it more during dinner time to spark conversations, share laughs, and make lasting memories as a family.Learning and Engagement:One of my favorite aspects is how it encourages kids to share their knowledge and build confidence. Even when they didn’t know the answer, they were excited to learn new facts and even asked follow-up questions. Our kids loved the opportunity to show off what they knew, and it was so rewarding to see them take pride in their strengths. It even turned into a fun moment for our family when teasing Dad about his less-than-stellar geography skills while we all learned more together!Card Quality and Design:The cards are beautifully designed with clean, engaging fonts and are of great quality. They’re sturdy and slide easily, making the game feel polished and well-made.A Few Wishes:My only disappointment is that the deck isn’t bigger—I would love even more questions to keep the fun going! I know apps might offer similar trivia games, but there’s something special about having screen-free family time where the kids can hold the cards and take control of the game.Final Thoughts:I am so happy with this game and highly recommend it, especially for families with kids in higher elementary grades. It’s fantastic for road trips and even better for dinner table fun. I’ll definitely be checking to see if they offer expansions or similar games!

We like to have lots of activities to keep everybody entertained during long car trips. We also like trivia, so this is a great combo for us. This is a good mix of questions for families with various age groups. There are several questions in this set that even children under 8 can easily answer, so at least everybody feels like they can get something. When including the really young children in the mix, I like to make this less of a competition so nobody feels bad if they don't get a lot of cards. However, once the kids get old enough to know most of the answers this can make for a very fun competition. I like that it is a compact set that is easy to take on car rides or even plane rides (as long as your kids can answer without yelling). This is a fun set for days in the house too. You can even pull out some cards to ask questions for different prizes in the house. For example, the winner gets to pick the movie tonight. These cards are brightly colored and very sturdy. The writing is clear and easy to read. The questions are on one side and you flip the card for the answers, so you don't have to worry about keeping the cards in order. There are 4 different categories of questions; movies, geography, history and science. I do wish there were a few more categories offered, but these are a good collection of questions. This is a great addition to our road trip box.

I was so excited to try this in the car with my kids and I was not disappointed. The cards are clear and easy to read. The categories are great for all ages, especially the movie category that features questions about mostly disney movies. My kids have enjoyed pulling these cards out even on quick car trips. The deck is on the smaller side so if you use this on a long car ride you could easily go through all the cards quickly depending on how many people are playing. Overall this trivia deck has been a fun game for my whole family (ages 11-48) and I think the value for what you get is definitely worth it.
