I've used these from various sellers for cleaning camera lenses and sensors, and they worked out really well for cleaning the internal optics in the binocular head on a AO Spencer Series 10 microscope. I had to bend the handles to reach a few optical surfaces so I heated the handle with a hair dryer, bent them into shape and they held the shape well.

Clean my dtf printer with these. Works great and I can rinse them off and reuse them. They don’t break down like some I have used. Definitely more useful than a q-tip.
