Installed my own split unit today and added this breaker box to the wall. Well made, easy to install and does what it’s supposed to do. Does not come with fuses so make sure you order them as well.

It is very good quality, arrived in good condition and was easy to wire into the system. It does the job at a fair cost. I found that 110v AC disconnects are a bit harder to find so I was pleased to connect with this one.

I got a couple of these boxes for 120v mini split units. I always planned on using fuses, but I figured it would be nice to have the option. When my electrician came to wire the first box, he took one look at it and said “I hope you have the fuse for this thing.†I did, but when I showed him the box he made it clear that in order to function correctly, a fuse was not optional whatsoever. As such I feel that a 4 star product can be rated no higher than 3 stars.As far as the rest of the install, it went fine. The box can be wired for 120v and 240v depending on your unit.

Well made, not flimsy, and a reasonable price. Seems to have a very thick coat of paint, and can easily handle my 12 gauge wire with no issue.

It's weird in the description it doesn't mention any where that it doesn't come with the fuses.

Used for a disconnect for a heat pump. But heads up does NOT come with 30 amp fuses (requires 2).
