I received this cart 10/14/24 and put it together 10/20, only to discover at the last part of the build that there was a top corner cover that was broken. The part that covers the "leg" at the corner of the top tray. I wrote customer support asking for a replacement. Within days I had a notice back, then shipping info, the part arrived 10/26 and easily installed that day . I'm older , female with some hand and wrist difficulty. It took a bit to put together, due to that, not due to design. It's very sturdy, steers nicely and quietly. I got this to make my life easier toting around heavier stuff and groceries from the garage, etc. It's small enough to maneuver down the hall and thru doors and still holds a lot. I'm very happy with the purchase and the service.

I use utility carts in the house frequently. Whether I am moving luggage for my guests, unpacking a lot of groceries or items from shopping, transporting tools around the house for home projects, or transporting a lot of items from one area of the house to another, this cart comes in handy.Tools needed for assembly:Wrench or ratchet toolPhillips screwdriverRubber mallet to secure placement of utility trayAssembly time:30 minutesInstructions were clear and easy to follow. There are two wheels that swivel and two that are fixed. If you want tight cornering and maneuverability then put the rotating wheels closer to the handle/utility tray. If you want more control. Then opt to put the rotating wheels on the opposite side of the handle/utility tray. The construction of the cart is solid and it feels heavy duty. The bins have pre-molded areas which also have interlocking slots imparting more stability for the cart. The wheels move comfortably and smoothly with very little noise. The wheels have a non-marring design, helpful for traveling on hardwood floors.Having small compartments on the utility tray make for having small tools, nuts, bolts, screws, and other items handy and within reach. The height of the lower tray is about 19.5 inches. There is quite a bit of items that can be transported and the cart is stable given the construction and heavy duty wheels.Although this is recommended for flat surfaces, it does work for use on my utility ramps when traversing the front porch or going into the garage.Overall, I have been pleased with the solid design. This is my second utility cart for home.

I purchased this to hold my amateur car detailing supplies (pressure washer, chemicals, etc.). Not perfect for my needs, but very usable. Some reviews stated that the screws for the legs don't line up--well that's because the screw patterns are different for the front and rear legs. Take your time to match up the holes! Also the instructions recommend which side you should install the swivel and fixed wheels. I assembled per instructions and it seems maneuverable.Took less than 30 minutes in total to assemble by myself. I'd recommend using an impact drill for the leg screws and a ratchet for the bolts/wheels (no tools are included, which I agree with). A rubber mallet may be helpful to attach the handle, but it's really not a requirement. The cart is very sturdy and I have no fears to load it up with weight. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

Very strong, great design, and the price is unmatched.ATTENTION!All the pictures shown have the casters in the wrong position. In order to use the pivot motion of the cart, you need the steering casters on the opposite side of the handle. I don't know why they have it wrong.

Good cart but assembly sl trickyMy unit handle would not slide all the way so I had to hammer on it for a while with rubber mallet and still not quite fully in but otherwise it’s a nice cart for tool buckets and parts etcRead how to put the wheels on first- I did miss that step and had to take one off and do it right!

I purchased this to use as a DIY portable solar generator cart, and its built very well. I added a middle shelf out of plywood to utilize the empty space, above the bottom shelf, with 4 - 100 AH batteries. I don't think I would be able to lift it by the top shelf, as the screws aren't designed for that, and it is after all a cart. All in all, typical overall quality from the WEN product line. Mike

This cart seems very sturdy and moves around easily on a wood deck. To put it together you must have a rubber mallet (a regular hammer and a block of wood might work if you're careful), a Phillips screwdriver (#2 I think), a wrench, fairly good hand and wrist strength, time. There are a few things that you must do - first and foremost, unpack the legs and search for the letter "R" and "L". The letters are about 1 inch tall but extremely difficult to see even when looking for it. I thank an earlier reviewer for pointing this out because you'd never guess it using the instructions and this point is imperative for success. Two are marked R, (see photo - about 1 inch high) two are marked L, and all four are marked Rc (opposite the R & L and about a half inch high). Ignore the Rc.Points I found challenging were:- "uninterrupted" top shelf means the shelf without holes drilled in the corners. It's also the shelf with the orange label on the long sides.- When placing the legs, the two marked R go kitty-corner to each other, same with the two marked L. In other words if one corner is an R the corners to the left and right are "L"s. Another way to explain this may be, if you labeled one corner #1, then moving in a clockwise direction labeled the other corners #2, #3, and #4, then #1 & #3 are "R" with #1 in the right side/corner of the handle. Each leg has 3 screws. If the screw drops into the hole the leg is positioned incorrectly. Switch it for the opposite leg. Note: you can hammer legs in the wrong positions-they fit perfectly. You'll only know it's wrong if two of the three screws "easily falls" into the holes. If you don't have a power driver I'd imagine screwing these 12 screws would take a bit of hand/wrist strength. The next small challenge was placing the bottom tray in position. Because all four corners of the tray has groves that the legs must slip into, getting the "fourth" corner in place without allowing the other three corners to slip down into place was a little challenging for me due to the weight and size of the shelf - I'd guess the weight to be 10 lbs - and all corners free-fall into place so keeping the three corners high enough and not in final position so I could get the tongue/ groove of the fourth corner/ leg in place took some upper body strength. Finally remember you have 2 swivel casters (front end) and 2 stationary (handle end). I forgot this small detail until I was installing the last caster! but totally lucked-out and had got them in the correct positions - yay!Overall this cart took me a very relaxed 2 hours to build. I'm a lady in my mid sixties and was enjoying the evening outside so I'm sure many could build it much faster.Be careful and don't drop any of the screws, bolts, nuts or washers - there are no extras. Finally I wish to say the accuracy of the fittings i.e. holes/grooves etc. Is amazing. Absolutely everything fit together and aligned 100% perfectly without even a hair's worth out. I compliment the company for achieving that. Additionally the instructions are written in perfect English - it's unfortunate images of the parts and more clarity around a few critical steps are not included. Also in my view they should list the tools required as many people may not have the required tools.I'm looking forward to using this cart - I could easily move it in every direction with one hand (it was empty) so I'm anticipating the best!

Very happy with this cart ! Easy to assemble but you will need a rubber mallet or hammer with a block of wood etc to assemble. You also have four bolts to tighten but the tool is included. Took me less than 15 minutes total. I have about 200lbs of weight on this cart and it can easily handle much more . Cart is very sturdy and well worth the price over the cheaper options ( i expectit will last 30+ years ) . If its size and the fact that it has 4 caster wheels works for your intended use i highly recommend it .

This is a great sturdy cart but the instruction leave a lot to the imagination. Usually Chinese instructions are full of spelling mistakes so you read them with an I gotta figure this out myself attitude. These instructions are written in good english but not complete. I had trouble with the screw holes not lining up with the holes in the top shelf. The instructions DO not indicate that the legs are different! I called their tech support and learned that there are two left and two right legs?? The "L" and "R" are molded into the inside of the leg and can be difficult to see. So I asked "this is a rectangular shelf, where does it indicate which is right and which is left?" He couldn't tell me. Anyway I tried each leg at each location until I got all of the screw holes lined up. So did this left and right thing make any sense?? NO. The legs fit perfectly diagonally. I guess if you look at the end or side of the cart one side the legs are left and right but the back side legs are opposite unless you flip it around. You would think whom ever wrote these instructions would proof read them or have an employee try to assemble it using the instructions and they would immediately see the problem. Anyway it's a very good cart for the money BUT once again MADE IN CHINA. No wonder everyone is unemployed in North America.
