I have recently purchased a few other bottles (different brands) and have been unsatisfied with them because they leak. When I first looked at the reviews for this bottle I saw almost nothing negative so I decided to give it a try. With my luck, this one leaked too. I looked for more reviews anywhere online to say people had this problem and found nothing. I then reached out to the company, never expecting a response and they replied right away. I told them what was wrong and we figured out the lid I was using with the spout was missing the silicone ring inside. So I removed it from the other lid and it worked MUCH better! It did keep falling out so I replied to the company again and let them know. They had already offered to send me a new one but if I could make this work I would. Then I lost the ring. When I reached back out I figured it would be too late or would take months to get a lid. I ended up ordering a separate lid. Little did I know, a few days after receiving the one I purchased, the company actually had sent me a new one for free. I am not one to complain, nor do I rarely write reviews, but this company deserved it. The bottle is awesome. It stays cold forever and I LOVE the spout lid. I also love the option of a crossbody strap and the wrist strap. Being a mom, I'm usually the one carrying everything so knowing I can carry my bottle so easily is a huge help. I bring it everywhere. It also seems so much lighter in weight then other SS bottles. I cannot say enough good things about the bottle and the customer service. I was actually sad thinking how I expect to be treated poorly because it's so uncommon for things to be handled so quickly and easily. I am going to be replacing all of our water bottles at home over time with this brand. So if you're considering buy one, just do it. You won't be disappointed!

We've bought two of these water bottles now and love them. I bought the first one to take on all day trips with the kids as a backup and it worked great. It would keep the water cold and ice in it for hours, even in 80/90 degree temps. Then my husband found it, loved it, and claimed it for himself. He takes it to work and is rough on it. He's dropped it tons of times and keeps it with all his tools and work stuff. This thing has taken a beating and will not fall apart. I bought a second one and may even end up getting a third.I love the strap and handle that come with it. The handle makes it easy to find and grab in the bottom of a stroller and it even has a clip on it so we can clip it in the wagon or on whatever else we take. The water bottle is huge, which is a feature I love because we go through a lot of water on hot summer days. Just don't expect it to fit in a cupholder.

At my daughter's school, the kids all need to bring their own water bottle with them everyday. I've bought several different types of containers for my 5 year old that all were just not right or lacking certain features (too small, not insulated enough, too heavy, difficult to drink out of, etc). The reason I decided to try this particular werewolf bottle was because I liked the idea of having a strap to carry it instead of having to carry her bottle in her backpack that was already stuffed and heavy enough. It's a total game changer! She can now carry a 32oz bottle to school full of ice and cold water, and the ice will keep all day. This bottle is also fantastic because it comes with 2 different tops, and one is great for chugging water when you're super thirsty. They've also thrown in some extra straws and brushes to clean the straws. They really designed this colorful, scratch proof, stainless steel bottle well, it lacks nothing and doesn't fall short in any aspect.

Good bottle, love the look! Bought this on sale and I haven’t been disappointed. At first I had some leaking issues, but after some wrestling I was able to get the rubber seal in the cap to settle onto its place. Leaving this 4 stars till I’ve had it a bit longer as I’m unsure is it will leak again, but so far so good! Good value for the money and the paracord handle is very nice. Also keeps drinks cold for DAYS. Bought the ocean-something-or-other color and it’s definitely upgraded this from “a bottle†to “certified hydration eye candyâ€.

Easy to use and carry around. I was told I need to drink more water and this is ideal as it keeps it at the right temperature too.
