This cord is great for Ridgeline and for reflectiveness so you can see where you’re stuff is at. I have a habit of always tying reflective line to knives or bags so we can always know where everything is. It’s nice and strong. The glow is great.

When buying paracord online, it can be hard to know what's "the good stuff" and what's cheap knockoff rubbish. This paracord is the Good Stuff. I used it to form a grid for our pool cover so the cover doesn't sit in the water collecting leaves, getting nasty, and acting like a giant pool teabag all winter. Well, this year we got a heavy snow and the cover got covered with about a foot of the stuff. On a 13' x 24' area, thats a LOT of weight. This cord held up without showing any signs of strain. Didn't snap, didn't fray. It stretched a bit under load to keep from breaking but as soon as the snow melted it pulled right back into its original length. Will definitely buy again, although it'll be a little while, since I'll be reusing my existing cord next winter, and probably for several more.

I've used this to make lanyards and for canopy tie downs. It's easy to work and makes for good knots. Seems like good quality cord. Tauntline hitch works well. I got it because it's strong, big, orange and visible so you don't trip on it. It's very reflective but only directly back at the source, think like a mirror reflecting light back to you but only if you hold the mirror at just the right angle. What that means is if you're walking around a campsite at night using a headlamp so the light is shining from your forehead, this cord will reflect *very* brightly back to your eyes. But if you're holding your flashlight at hip level, there's no reflection and only a slight reflection at chest level. Because of the angles, it will reflect better when the light is coming from where you would normally hold a flashlight if you're further away. But there's no tripping hazard when you're 100' away. So for that reason alone I was a little disappointed and is why I gave only 4 stars. But if you want decent quality, colorful cord that reflects well directly back at the light source then you should get this and won't be disappointed.

I use this to make Ridgelines for camping. In the past, I've used 550, 750, or even 1000 paracord for Ridgelines but this cord packs much smaller and allows you to have longer Ridgelines in a more compact space. If you're expecting bad weather then still use the larger paracord but this works well for ordinary use

Just what I wanted. I used it to put together fire starter kits for hiking. It could also be used for tent guylines. I like the reflectivity and stiffness and seems to be very durable. It’s thin compared to typical paracord. The spool appears larger in pictures.

Definitely works and is bright when shined upon. Used it as tagging up to hunting spot as people tend to see my thumb tacks during the day and remove them. Used this as daytime camouflage so other people won't see it but when night time comes around is a nice starbrite trail up to the stand with light. Area I hunt can play games sometimes and loose sense of the trail at night.

Got the 1.8 mm paracord for guylines, It is really sturdy and for a fraction of the bulk of normal paracord. It is also really reflective. Excellent purchase!

Good quality. Melts well. Doesn’t have a lot of reflective thread in it.
