I bought this product for my the class I instructed at the local YMCA, because we had to work out outside. Normally I would use my Century water based bags for class, but I had to find something that was easy to set up and move. This product worked great. I strapped it to a steel beam and started punching. The thickness was enough that no one in class got hurt punching it . I was extremely satisfied.

I ordered this as a way for my teen daughter to work off some stress. It's been great! Came with the hanging hardware, and its very solid for this purpose. I like to punch it occasionally too, and it is well padded and all around a great deal.

Overall it does what it’s supposed to do. Unfortunately, mine came with a blemish or a wear area on the front.

I used gorilla tape to tape the to the wall and holds very well since I don't like putting holes in my wall. I can punch it without gloves but if not used to it I would get boxing or MMA gloves because there is not much padding . It's convenient if you don't have room for a punching bag .

The original product description and photos show a Velcro mounting system. The product did not come with any Velcro strips and instead came with four riveted Gromit holes on the corners, which were also not on the original product description/photos. It came with no way to mount the product and the center of the product in the description and photos was shown as a raised padded “targetâ€. The actual product is just a printed circle in the middle of the pad.
