Three magnetic pieces. The clear pieces have film that you need to pull off.I bought this for a Euro. Since the euro is slightly taller than the US dollar, you can put the black frame piece in the back (instead of the middle).

Great for displaying a bill and protecting it. I wouldn't use it for a highly collectable bill, there are better options, and it is easy to remove the bill. The two sides are just held together with magnets. They don't come with any stands to set it up on a desk or table, but the magnets allow you to put it on a fridge, computer, magnetic white board or any metal surface. I put in one of those fake million dollar bills.

These are nice frames but it is a pain to get the film off of all 3 parts. There is no overhang or tab to peel the covers off and you need to use a knife to get it started so you can peel them off. there are three parts with a film on each side, so you need to peel off 6 things that don't come off easily.

Perfect to display bills. You have to take off the film on each side, start at a corner and then peel off. You can then clearly see the bill.

For the set of three frames, there are 18 layers of protective coating. Each layer is very difficult to peel off, requiring a find-edged blade, scraping and lots of patience. They are a great price, but you have to factor in the hour or so that it will take to peel off the protective layers.

it is an almost perfect holder of my currencies, i have only a slight problem with it as it has no stand, so i am unable to put it on a table, or cabinet, it only can be displayed on the wall, if i somehow can apply it to a wall mount.

Bought these to store 3 very old (1937) bills. They will help protect them from being bent and stained. Easy to use magnetic syatem holds bill securely while maintaining visibility both sides of bill.Perhaps company could consider adding a tiny system on back for an option to hang as well. Good purchase.
