Perfect detailed final pieces to our new toilet install.Just be careful not to over bend to adjust alignment, as the brass is very soft and will kink very easily..Other then that, great piece to add for detail..

The Ferrell dies not fit because the paint is really on there thick I bent it with a tube bender and the paint splinterred where the bend is, then it keep leaking and after I removed it,i could see that the flange was damaged . Total waste of time. The manufacturer should remove this from their product line or perfect it. Look at the other reveiws the people that complain are telling the truth

I’m a liscensed plumber and this is not how this should preform. I used a tubing bender with a thin cloth to bend tubing on a 45 degree bend and the coating cracked off. I’ve bent hundreds of supply tubes of all different finishes and this has never happened. I guess they just painted a toilet supply. Very poor quality control.

Licensed plumber here: I’ve installed 1000s of supply lines and this one was complete garbage. Couldn’t get a proper connection on the ferrel or nut. Also… doesn’t even come with the toilet fill valve nut.

Brass plating crazes (fine webbing cracks) when bending tube. The finish is thin and intolerant to bending. Would not recommend this brand.
