Okay, I have to admit that I am writing this as sort of a joke. I bought this after we had an unusual snow storm the beginning of January. In Arkansas we got over 10 inches and were stuck in the house for 3 days.I am 66 and lived in Florida most of my life so shoveling snow was not my thing. Over the years I have heard about people having hear attacks shoveling the stuff so I was a little frightened about shoveling it, but I did and took 2 days to clear my drive way. A little at a time. I decided that I was never going to have to shovel snow again and bought this snow blower because it was made by Westinghouse, had metal blades and was reasonably priced.I put it together in about 30 minutes, it was not hard to do. I was so excited about getting it I foolishly put it together on my front porch in the cold, at night by the light from our porch light. In daylight I am sure it would have been an easier job. I was not hard. FYI, the nuts are metric. So now I joke with my wife since I have never plugged it in and gotten to use it, that this is my insurance we will not have another snow storm this year. Today is February 3td.I think it is going to be a big help next snow storm.

We've had two decent 8+ inch snowfalls already this year. This corded blower powered through both of them with no problem at all. The two lights on the front made it much easier in the early morning hours. The harder you push through the snow, the more power this machine seems to give you. Now, the three issues I have:1) Clearing attachment: This clips on the one one side of the handle. After only two uses I found that it gets knocked off easily; sometimes with the clips included. I've opted to simply remove it all and go back and grab it if I need it.2) Safety Start Button: The start button must be pressed in while pulling the hand grip. If you release the hand grip the blower shuts off. The button is located near the hand grip (on the right side of the handle). The problem occurs when you try to reach the hand grip WHILE pressing the button to start the blower. I realize that the design lowers production costs, but it would be better to have the hand grip located on the opposite side or even BOTH sides so that you can more easily start the blower.3) The Cord Restraint Hook. I needed a 100 foot cord. The blower manual states that it should be used with a 12 AWG cord for that length. Unfortunately, the diameter of a 12 AWG cord doesn't even come close to fitting through and into the cord restraint hook. I've taken to simply looping the end of the cord through a loose knot rather than to even try using the hook. From a performance standpoint, the WSnow22 rates 100%. Any of the issues I have all seem to be technical rather than something which is actually "wrong" with the blower. We purchased this for $200 and are extremely pleased over all. While the cord might take some getting used to for some people, the reliability of NOT using a battery helps to put our mind at ease. (Obviously a power outage would be an issue)

Got it delivered late because of weather conditions so I had to shovel my walkways and driveway by hand. It just took so long and after seeing my neighbor clear his driveway with his snow blower in about 30 minutes in what took me several hours, I knew I had to get a snow blower for the next storm that came through. We haven’t had a snow storm yet so I haven’t had a chance to use my new snow blower but I plugged it in to make sure it operated how it should and it seems like there will be plenty of power to clear snow. I’m worried that the link for turning the snow shoot will not last long because it is plastic and just turning it to test it out it just seemed flimsy. I guess time will tell whether it will last or not. I like it because the blower is light and I was able to easily lift it to hang on wall hooks so that it is out of the way. I’m sure more things that I like and dislike about the blower will come up when I finally get a chance to use it.

Easy to assemble and I like the construction. I thankfully still have no snow but it sounds great. Looking forward to my first actual use.

2 6 plus inch snow storms right after the snow blower arrived. It did an outstanding job. Throws the snow a good distance (except when the wind is blowing right at it, lol). I don't have a lot of area that needs to be cleared, this blower did a good job. Doesnt weigh much, so its easy to move around, noise, it kinda sounds like a loud vacuum.

Handle is about to break after the first use very flimsy. It only throws snow about a 3 feet not even close to the advertised distance. It works in the most basic sense but doubt the handle will survive a few snows. We had 8 inches super fluffy and it struggled.

Easy assembly and driveway covered with 7 inches of snow removed all within one hour. Convenient use with ground fault electrical outlet nearby. Good product.
