the size of the board is misleading.the photo shows a perpendicular line at the end of each measurement line at the inside of the frame, making it seem like that measurement does NOT include the frame. buttttt it does include the frame. so the 1.25†frame on each side actually means each measurement is 2.5†less. it isn’t a huge issue unless you were using it for something other than as a board—- i was making mine into a mirror station for my face painting business. the 12x16†mirror i bought should have left plenty of room for my text above and below the frame until i realized it isnt actually 23†tall and i wouldn’t have space for the words.the easel is still really nice and i like that it’s double sided, foldable and easy to transport. i’m going to use one for my mirror and the other for upcoming events. i just wish it were correctly represented in the photos and description. actual dimensions of the writable surface are: 21.25†x 15.5â€once i reorder my unbreakable mirror and do the lettering i will add a photo to my review!

My grand daughter loves this!! I love how it has a holder at the bottom to hold all the markers and chalk and magnets. It's so convenient and easy to move around to where she wants it.

As the title says, it was very easy to set it up, The pen container is made from cloth and a bit flimsy. The blackboard is easy to clean (by our toddler) and it does not need waxed chalks. Overall a good buy.
