Need some strength to push them in. Have to get them nice and straight. My arthritic thumbs didn't help any. Durable and easy to build with 14 guage wire. Work fantastic. Look forward to long service from them!

These plugs were high quality and insured that my spliced speaker wires were firmly connected to each plug. In turn each gold plated plug fit firmly into the RCA terminals on my new receiver. This made for a much easier installation that would otherwise require threading bare wire ends through difficult to reach slots at the bottom of each RCA terminal.

Connectors work fine; while it’s a small nicety, you don’t have to remember to put the sleeve on first, or pick the right color, just connect then confirm, slide on the sleeve and tighten. My two minor complaints are (1) after screwing the sleeves down, I found they don’t stay tight, and (2) I had to squeeze the pins a bit with pliers for initial connection to binding post. As another reviewer pointed out, I believe the sleeves are conductive and connected to the wire, so if there’s no speaker yet, you should be careful to not let the leads touch (shorts out the amp). I confess I was too lazy to get the ohmmeter out to confirm, but pretty sure they are conductive.

I like these, once assembled they seem like they will last a long time. Good construction and tight fit into speaker posts. Double set screws holding wires makes for a solid connection

These plugs are nice and easy to connect any equipment that uses these plugs. I would recommend these.

Excellent quality, easy to use. Plugs are a tight fit as other reviewers have noted, but it is a plus in my mind as connections are more secure.

I did not have a good positive contact with my amplifier to speakers. These plugs were easy to install and I noticed an improvement in the overall sound of my stereo. They have a positive, snug fit that made the difference for my setup. Worth the buy.

Compré estos correctores plátano para un AVR 1610 Harman. Me gustaron mucho, son de buena calidad y materiales. Al principio intenté conectarlo a la entrada y no podÃa. Pensé que habÃa comprado unos equivocados, hasta que leà varios comentarios acá, que también habÃan batallado la primera vez. Y con un poco más de fuerza entraron bien, sin dañar la conexión.Los recomiendo bastante.

Received the items, as described, all perfect and no issues.The double securing screws on each plug are ingenous and provide a tight connection to the wire also make sure to acquire a miniature flat head screwdriver to work them.Jackets are color-coded (RED-BLACK) for a hassle-free connection.Be warned, but don't panic, the fit is very snug in the terminals, just work them in slowly.I think that's a good thing because you know they'll be solidly connected and won't get accidentally pulled out anytime soon.I wired mines for my audio setup on Monster XP Cable 16 GA. to my Mission and Kef speakers and after testing, from bare wire vs banana plugged, the sound quality is really astounding in the latter.IMHO, I see no use in buying "wallet squeezing" plugs unless you really feel the need to.The WGGE WG-009 plugs here represent an overall significant value for the money and show solid build quality. I would give them six stars but there isn't such an option.I definitely do recommend these for a clean setup, you can't go wrong.
