I converted my Trek mountain bike to an ebike and I needed to upgrade my V brakes to disc brakes for better stopping. Anyone who's shopped for mountain bike rims knows that they can be incredibly expensive. I only needed a decent wheel with disc mounts and not some carbon fiber helium weight rim. This was the only affordable rim I could find anywhere so I bought it. I was actually impressed with the quality. Every bit as good as the rims that came stock on my trek.Wheel was perfectly true but did need some slight spoke tightening. Put over 200 miles on the rim and it's still perfectly true. I've done some single tracks and lots of high speed road riding and I'm completely satisfied with the wheel. Bang for the buck the value can't be beat. If you just need a solid durable wheel with a disc mount without spending a ton of money, buy this one. If you're looking for a high tech ultralight wheel, buy something else.

Clipped a tree going downhill the other day, as I was tumbling I saw my bike sailing over top of me. When I got set to start rolling again I looked over my bars and saw my front wheel in the shape of a potato chip. Time for a new one. This was actually the first one I found, so when I searched on for comparisons I couldn’t believe how much more expensive most were. This one had some good reviews and seemed like a perfect match so I ordered it. Took 2-3 weeks but when I got it, the wheel was everything I had wanted. I’m no weight snob, I don’t go chasing grams, but this wheel was just about an exact match for my OE wheel except for the word “Shimano†on the OE hub. Wheel was as true as the eye could tell and the spokes were tight. Took for one 13 mile ride so far and everything is great. Compared to the other prices I can’t see what I might have possibly given up by purchasing this instead...I’ll update if I have any problems but for now I’m a very happy customer.

After going to a local bike shop that wanted over $200 with tax for a wheel, I looked around. I found this one, and I’m glad I did. It’s well made, looks good, and got my bike back up and running. I’ve put over 250 miles on it, and it’s working great! This is on an Ebike, so I’m running it harder than most at speeds over 35mph! Oh, and the owner is very nice and responsive. Buy with confidence!

Excellent value, quality product for normal use riding, rims were very good for the value and purpose of writing on pathways and roadways, not off road. ** my only complaint was packaging, excellent box plenty of paper for padding however rims were touching each other, no paper padding between rims and paper only padded one side of box rims were up against cardboard on the other side a box, should’ve been paper between each box side and between rims to keep them from touching etc. However I’m thankful the rims did not show any damage when I pulled them out A box. Packaging folks should pay more attention how they put paper padding in to guarantee rims do not get scratched or dented and spokes not damaged etc. Overall the rims are excellent value I would buy again

The alloy rim is good in quality so far. I have several hundreds of miles on it now. But it has a compatibility problem . The brake disc from the old rim does not fit the new one. So I had to get a different brake disc locally, which costed me extra money.

Great wheel for the low price. Very durable for the rough roads I travel everyday. Not a lot of drag and compatible with the e-bike I had to replace with the tire.
