This is an accessory that fits all 18" trash compactors; check to see if your model number is compatible. Using this accessory will require no disassembly or repair experience.

I find these as good as the original bags I got with my compactor. They are large enough and thick enough so they don't rip easily. And the price is right as well.

These bags are hard to find locally because they don't fit precisely. These fit exactly and are the type I used to get. The compactor is very old, but works well and I didn't see a good reason to replace it just because I couldn't find bags. These are a perfect fit and they are the sturdiest I've seen!

Growing up, we used to use the plastic lined paper bags which were super rigid. I was a little hesitant trying these plastic bags, but really glad that we did. We use them in a Viking compactor and these are perforated to lock in with the plastic tabs perfectly. When installed correctly, they are perfect. No risk of breaking, very solid, and have never leaked. Keep in mind, we’re pretty good about not putting anything with liquid in the compactor, but these bags have never come anywhere close to feeling like they were going to rip or tear. Totally worth it and great cost savings.

I inherited a trash compactor when we purchased our house. I tried the paper liners but was not thrilled. I then changed over to the plastic compactor bags from Sears. These were expensive but fit well. I saw these on Amazon and tried them since there were much cheaper. The fit is decent although if you want to attach the bag using the "knobs", it can be a little tricky.

This fits our compactor. The bags are a little deeper than our machine, but they are incredibly sturdy. We haven't had any problems with any bags tearing. The box comes with 60 bags, so it is a little big. You need to factor that into your decision in terms of storage, but the smaller packages were no longer available when we ordered this size.

This is my second order for this product. I love the 60-pack option as I only have to order once a year. I like that they are from recycled material and of a generous size.However, the dimensions in the product description are the dimensions of the box they are shipped in. I would not have ordered this product based on those dimensions. I was only able to place the order because I had product from my previous shipment and was able to determine that the dimensions given were not the dimensions of the product, but of the shipping container into which the multiple-folded bags were shipped. This is an important detail and should be corrected as the size of the bag is critical when trying to purchase a bad to fit your disposal.

They are trash bags for a compactor and fit right. They never tear. Nothing else expected.
