We don't have a ton of room in our bedrooms, so this fits just perfectly in my 6 y/o's room. This actually assembles pretty solidly. The wood isn't cheap particle board, but actually quite sturdy. The chair assembles with thick screws and is very sturdy. I like the little cork board, but it's a bit shallow. It handles staples pretty well but push pins only go half way in. I love the drawers and the book holders on the side. Would definitely recommend this brand.
