As an artist, I'm always looking for something to draw on that can be taped to the wall or door. If I could have a whole wall made of paper, I would do it! This roll comes as close as I've seen to realizing my dream. As a lover of color, I like to whip out a bunch of markers and get to drawing with wild abandon, but most paper is too thin for that.As you can see from my tests, the only one with concerning bleedthrough was the heavy duty Sharpie. The others did great! The bonus? The Posca markers didn't bleed (they come in a wide array of colors, be still my heart). Now if you are not worried about bleedthrough (ie you are using a plastic tablecloth beneath or something like that), then this paper is perfect for drawing, kids' art, or making a quick sign, or as a table runner for a party. As for using it for packing paper? Meh, it might be too expensive for that.I've tested dozens of paper rolls in my art space, and I can say that this one is by far the best I've seen on Amazon.

This is a good sized roll and paper is heavy duty. Using it as packing paper but it’s a little pricey for what it is. It is bright white.

I'm very impressed with the quality and the size of this paper. At 30" x 1200", it allows me trim it to whatever size I am needing. It is perfect for roughing out a design before committing my ideas to a new painting. I really appreciate that it is also acid free too.When I gift wrap, I often like to personalize the gift with a custom hand painted image or design and this paper handles it well.The paper is easy to cut, and I use a small handheld cutter to cut out an estimated size, and then trim it down to what I need. Overall, it is a good quality and a welcome addition to the supplies in my studio.With all of my oversized paper rolls, including standard gift wrap, I use a strip of white copy paper to wrap around the paper roll, then secure the strip with tape. I don't tape the paper roll, so there's no loss of paper, but the strip keeps the roll secure.

Super heavy, great quality paper for shipping and packaging. It gives packages a much more professional look compared to standard brown kraft paper. Since it’s thicker, it can also replace bubble wrap in some cases and does a great job acting as suspension for heavier items during shipping. The durability and weight make it feel premium, and it holds up well when wrapping fragile pieces.Overall, this is a very solid roll of paper at a pretty decent price. It’s heavy-duty, versatile, and great for everything from shipping to crafting. If you need a reliable white packing paper, this one definitely delivers!
