I don't usually leave reviews but am thoroughly impressed by their customer service. I needed more of a specific number than was included in their pack (they give six of each number) and so I reached out to Whitehall on their website to ask how I could purchase more. Customer care responded within a day and said they'd mail me the additional number for free. As promised, the additional numbers were quickly shipped via FedEx and arrived within 2 days. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!Product itself is well made. It is plastic but feels sturdy and is reflective. The nails needed to mount this on my mailbox were included and directions were clear. I'm not handy by any means but managed to install this in 10 mins after raiding my spouse's tool box and using the electric drill to create the holes. Rest of it can be done by hand. Well thought out design where there are different mounting holes to either place this vertically or horizontally, and ability to use either 1 or both sides. So far it has survived the rain and heat (welcome to TX). Great price point, superb service and none of the hassle of solar powered signs. I'm a lifetime customer of Whitehall products now.

After doing a little research came across this sign and it appears to be one of the better signs available on the market. Good quality sign and had plenty of numbers included (in case your address is something like 5555 Main St)It did take a while to ship compared to other items I've purchased on-line or through Amazon, with a little over 2 weeks.Sign is pretty easy to understand, only thing is be very careful with the little plugs that cover up the holes as they can fall out pretty easy and they only give you enough to cover the holes (no extra plugs). Make sure you follow instructions if putting on a mailbox / or post...probably best to follow instructions no matter what.Not hard to install, just jumped the gun without reading instructions and had to back step which made it a little difficult trying to get the plugs out.Overall pleased with the sign, price was "reasonable", not really sure if it's a great deal at $25.00, but it's fair. Product looks good and hopefully it will last a long time.

After our 🌹🌹 overtook our 📫 and the house numbers were no longer visible, we needed another option. The instructions were clear and to the point. For some reason my husband was stumped and he handed the kit to me🤷ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸. I had it together in less than five minutes (using the vertical guide) and handed it back to him to go outside and screw in👌ðŸ¾. Just what we were looking for.

The sign is beautiful and can easily be seen on the house at the road during daylight but the reflective surface does not appear to work as stated when it is hung on the house at night. It can not be seen any easier than any other signs without refectective surfaces.

We just had our house repainted and a new set of address numbers was definitely needed. Years ago we installed white plastic address numbers, 4 of them, and over time they changed to the colour of our house. A mustard colour. Kind of odd that they did that. This address sign has worked out nicely. Lots of numbers. Only needed 4. Another reviewer mentioned that the heat caused the numbers to loosen up but I haven't seen this happen...yet! We have had extreme heat for the last couple of weeks and the sign is in direct sun for the afternoon. No loose numbers yet. Looks nice and so far we are happy with the sign

This was the perfect final touch to our cottage exterior renovations. Clean and classic design. A special mention for the thorough instructions and fantastic engineering details in this product, something I find increasingly rare in most products these days!
