The product is just right for the application.I like the adjustability. I started with soft setting then went to medium setting.Even on soft there is a big difference in handling on my 09 Forester n/a.....

I Purchased this rear sway bar in addition to the Cusco Front Sway Bar #697 311 A26 for my 2014 Forester XT. The two in combination created a big improvement. They maintain the car flatter threw the corners making the car more enjoyable to drive. I tried the 24mm setting and I felt it was too stiff on rough roads jerking the body side to side, switched it to the 22mm setting and it was perfect in my opinion . The extra support mount brackets I found were a poor fit at the point where they attach to the lower sway bar bushing mount bolt as recommended. The hole size on the mount is much larger than the diameter of the bolt they give you in the kit and the placement for angular support was not very well thought out . The slop defeats any purpose of extra horizontal support and will soon cause the bolt to work its way loose. The bolt can never be made tight enough the compensate for this flaw & I confirmed with my Subaru mechanic there is no notable horizontal stresses on these factory mounts from the sway bar 22mm setting that requires extra brace supports. The factory mounting plates are very well constructed for vertical strength with the 22-24mm settings , I might question the 26mm vertical stress on the factory mounts and the angle they put on the end links . I am using the factory end link assemblies with no issues and no worries . The paint on the bar is thick , brittle, and chips easy during installation. I recommend taping the bar before you install. You do not want a chip where the bushings mount to the bar or it will tear up the bushing lining. My bar came with a chip where the bushing rides, so I made a repair using JB weld.

I can't believe I found parts that fit my 2015 impreza premium non turbo wagon. They work great and the delivery was fast.

WOW!!! Just WOW!!!. I knew from the reviews that this bar is a must buy for the imprezas, but you really need to experience the difference!!! I installed this on my 2013 Impreza sport premium 2.0L (came stock with a 16mm rear swaybar), and it fit perfectly. The seller needs to update his fitment list to attract more customers. I never thought that my stock car plowed though turns until I installed this bar. I was able to get this bar on the highest settings and the ride quality was just fine. I never experienced any understeer or oversteer on this setting....Just netural. I had to turn the traction control off due to the car wanting to use the brakes during extreme transitions and cornering. It was extremely hard to loose traction during hard cornering, but I was finally able to when it rained. The car felt like it lost traction just a little on the front and rear at the sametime (it was a weird feeling). But that took a lot of effort on stock 18" tires. The braces that come with the bar are very much needed. You will see that the swaybar is held on by some sheet metal and bolts.. These braces, brace the sheet metal like you would not believe! DO NOT GET THE PERRIN version, as it does not come with this awesome brace. If you do get the Perrin swaybar, then your bar is only as strong as the sheet metal it's attached to.

This bar and support brackets are excellent. The adjustment is super easy on ramps. The install took some work but I did everything on my ramps. I removed the exhaust to get better access. As with the front bar I purchased, I do not recommend using the stock end links for a 2014 WRX, as they are dinky and look like they would break with the huge step up in bar size. I ended up going with the Whiteline KLC189 which turned out to be a great decision. Everything is adjustable which is just dandy!!

I drove a 2004 STi for almost 10 years (got one of the first ones off the boat in 2003), until it picked a fight with an Explorer. I still think my car won, since it could still roll on four wheels (the explorer's rear subframe kind of fell off). anyway, went with a 2012 WRX this time ($10k more for an STi??!) and was very happy with it except for one thing - the body roll. don't get me wrong, it stuck to the road great, but it felt like it wanted to pick up a back wheel if you took a turn at any real speed. haven't even done the front one yet - just the rear bar and a set of endlinks took 75% of the roll away and made it feel like a totally different car.

2018 STI, I installed this last night together with the whiteline end links, the installation could have been improved if there was better instructions included in the kit, the instructions are general and not specific to my car (which I understand why they did that, but still sucks).... I recommend having your torque specs handy, it is easy to strip the bushing mount bolts and you don't want to mess with that! The little pieces that are supposed to prevent the swaybar from lateral moving come with a really cheap allen key!! and it barely fit it seemed like the key was too big for the given screws... even that was a pain! I don't have a metric allen key set unfortunately :(As far as handling, the car feels just a little bit stiffer than before, not very significant change (I have them set to medium stiffness), I will try the hard setting when I forget what a pita this was to install!

Product arrived as described. Installation is fairly easy with simple hand tools and breaker bar. Noticeable difference in the rear end from OEM (16mm).

Just remember to re-check the retainer clip after driving 100km~ post install.Would recommend getting the KartBoy end links if you daily the car, especially in the winter.End links that's provided with kit is know to rust and break off.
