Very easy assembly. Sturdy. Looks good considering it's a shoe rack.I bought it used, and it came with three broken clips (two hold up each row). I sent one message to Whitmore directly, and the clips came soon after in the mail. It wasn't a big inconvenience since I'm leaving one row out anyway. I'm a size 13 shoe and I can put pairs together, but only two to a row. Also, I need to skip a row or put one row face up and the next face down (pictured).

My husband put this together and on the back of the closet door (30†door) in less than 5 minutes and I quickly loaded it with 18 pairs of shoes, bulky running shoes, heels, and flip flops and all fit comfortably. Only 2 hanging brackets which are not very noticeable. I’m very happy and would definitely buy more.

I really needed a show organizer to keep my shoes off the floor. While I really like this item, it is a bit small as in depending on the shoe size you may or may not be able to put the full 18 pairs as it claims. Not necessarily their fault but some slippers and crocs are too wide for the shoes to go right next to each other. Building it was fairly easy and straight forward but once it's off of the door frame it is very flimsy.

I actually use this for wigs, and it is the best thing I've ever done. It's perfect for hats too!

4 of the mounting clips broke in half while attempting to attach to the tubes. Please send extra clips (part I). Otherwise, this will need to be returned.

Despite the number of shoes it claims to hold, I had half as many on the rack. (In part because the hooks for the shoes are so close together that most shoes won't fit side-by-side. No problem - it accommodated the shoes I had. But it came crashing down spectacularly just 2 weeks after I got it. The over-the-door brackets were completely destroyed, bent (or rather, straightened out) under the weight of just a few pairs of shoes. They could not be reshaped, not would it have been worth it to try since the metal is so flimsy.I had to make my own shoe rack out of lengths of pvc -- but hey, at least I was able to use the shoe brackets on my new shoe rack frame.This is far too flimsy for it's purpose.

The Quality is amazing!!!!! Its not wooden as description, full metallic. Assembly has strong fitting. All together a robust product. This product MRP 2500 which i got it for 1300 at lightening deal. Full worth it. And guess what? Its a Shoppers Stop product. I need one more piece at same rate. But it says it's not available. Can it be made available??

This is the perfect solution for me! I have looked at so many different racks and this was the first one I came across that fit the dimensions I was looking for. My house walks right into the dining room/kitchen so space is very limited. This fits perfectly behind the door, mounted on the wall. I was able to bend the hook part to mount it flat. Very easy to put together too.

Had some difficulties getting the grooves in place on the side poles, a handyman helped. but it works wonderfully.

Me parece que no funcionará para personas que calcen más de 5.5 MEX/6.5 UK/7.5 US, ya que el espacio entre cada estante no da abasto y los zapatos se sobreponen - si su talla es mayor a las mencionadas, mejor será buscar un modelo con espacios más amplios.No obstante, el producto en sà ha durado bastante, es fácil de instalar, y no ha dado mayores problemas.
