This is not a perfect product. My rack’s left side tilts slightly, which causes the structure to wibble and wobble (but it won’t fall down) when I shake it or move my shoes around. The shelves themselves are not strictly flat when you actually LOOK at them. The shelves are tiny and barely fit a high top converse.However, I think this is all forgivable. The product itself is made of wire. You shouldn’t expect a solid, immovable object when you order a wire product. I actually suspect that the racks are very slightly different in size, or that they have slightly different dimensions when flipped upside down (when, in reality, they should be the same dimensions when flipped), which is why some people have issues with fitting them in properly and I have a lean issue (this is only a theory, and I’ve no real desire to actually attempt to prove it.)For me, some of the racks needed a little persuasion to get into place, a la me smacking the pins into their holders. However, they did slot in rather quickly. I’d say I assembled it in less than 3 minutes by myself.The product itself is pretty tiny. I was prepared for this due to actually looking at the dimensions listed (seriously, just get some measuring tape out and try to visualize it it’s really not that difficult), but I’ll admit it’s still a little shocking in person. I am famous for my tiny feet. I barely surpass US women size 6 in most stores, and yet my shoes snuggly fit into the shelves vertically. If you have bigger feet, then you might consider the reality of having to fit them horizontally, meaning about two shoes per shelf. I was able to fit 13 pairs of shoes, including two pairs of sandals I stacked, on the racks, but another adult might be only able to fit around 8 if they needed to store them horizontally. Basically, it’s perfect for children, but maybe not very good for an adult with a larger foot sizeAnother note- if you have tall boots, then you’ll only be able to fit them on the upper rack. Meaning, if you have more than four pairs of boots, this is very obviously not a rack for you. Sorry, cowboys.I gave this product 5 stars because I was expecting the quality I got. I’m very happy with how small it is, and it’s slightly wonky stature doesn’t affect me because it is stored in my closet. As long as you don’t have unfair expectations, this is a very good cheap shoe rack.

I bought this shoe storage on here and have had it for a few months now. What can I say about such a utilitarian item? It’s extremely easy to put together; took me about 8 minutes. It’s sturdy. I put it in my closet and was happy that it fits 4 pairs of size 8.5 or 9 women’s shoes or boots on each shelf.It doesn’t wobble when I take shoes off the shelves or put them on the shelves. Anyone who says they do did not put this shelving together correctly. I always make sure to put my whole weight on each shelf during assembly and then on the fully assembled item at the end as well. This gets every shelf situated cleanly and I never have issues with them falling apart.The price was good and the design is clean. It’s not the cutest shoe storage ever, but that’s fine since it went into my closet. I’m happy with my purchase.Thank you for taking the time to read this far! I had a temporary need for some shelving in a closet and this inexpensive little shelf unit was exactly what I needed. It was inexpensive enough to use it for a short period of time and then find another use for. It is obviously very utilitarian but that's great. It fit the door opening of my closet, it sat on the floor right underneath the hanging clothes of shirts and pants and has made it possible to take some items that had nowhere to go and put them away out of sight but easily within reach and organize a bedroom. When I am done with it, I am sure I can find other uses for it. Maybe next to the washing machine. It was easy to put together.

I have a small walk in closet. These shoe racks fit perfectly under the hanging clothes. I love that the shelves are flat not tilted. I can store shoes or extra folded clothes. They are so easy to put together and super light weight. I bought 2 and am glad I did. Now the cluter that was on the floor is organized and I have maximized the use of my closet for a reasonable price. Excellent buy.

It fits nicely in a 22 inch tall cabinet in our RV bathroom. We used 2 in there, doubled our stored items in an organized way. Can store thin items under the bottom shelf, too.Easy to put together with no tools.White, 4 shelves.

This shoe rack is small, with not much space, maybe 6-8 inches between each shelf, but it works great for me. I just have to put my boots on the top shelf. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough.

I was hoping that for the quality expected of a Whitmor product. For this one, I spent so much time trying hard to align the shelf pegs into the holes. In the end, they didn't. Short of hammering the pegs so they could align but I decided not to break them (I am referring to the end of the shelves that are supposed to go into the holes as pegs - these aren't separate from the shelf itself). So, we are using this with 2 pegs not inserted properly leaving the shelf a bit skewed. Good thing I only needed it to be inside a cabinet. I bought 2 of these and returned 1 that was still in the box. I couldn't be bothered to assemble another one.
