This pad is a very good quality and at a very good price. Like other reviewers have said, this cover goes on very quickly. The elastic around the edge is very tight, like a string but without the hassle. Although there are no straps to tighten it underneath, it lies very smooth and does not slip off. I put mine over my old ironing board cover because I like the extra padding, and it is still roomy enough to accommodate the extra padding. The "nose" pocket is a very deep 6", and the overlap on the sides of the board is also deep to hold it in place. All this, plus it's very cute!

This is darling and was very inexpensive. I was surprised that it came with a thick padded backing too. It was a bit of a struggle to get on since it's a smaller size as is my ironing board. The trick was to put the front of first and use sheet/mattress clips to secure underneath. then I ironed as I went and used the clips to secure across the bottom. It was worth it because now I have a cover that fits snug, does not roll up and looks very cute - and the price was right!

The item is Beautiful. It fits Perfectly, is already padded and sturdy. I purchased another one that would not grip but this one also has the fitted corners so it does not come off unless you take it off. Very very pleased

Look: The original cover still worked fine but I never cared for the look so I was glad to find this new, fun cover with some pretty colors and a light/white background.Installation: Elastic all around, no strings, clips, etc. It's the easiest cover I've ever installed.Fit: Since some folks mentioned the pad wasn't thick enough I just slipped it on over the original and it fits just fine; not too bulky but a nice thickness. I don't know if it would feel too thin if I took the original cover off; that cover was harder to get on (strings, etc.) so I'm leaving it alone.Functionality: Clothing sets nicely on the cover and rotates easily.Durability: I can't address this as I've only had it for 1-2 weeks.Conclusion: I am happy with my selection and would definitely recommend.

Have an antique ironing board that is in pristine condition that I use. I was afraid that the modern day covers might not fit, but took a chance and glad I did. Very thick cover and fits it like it was tailor made for it. And it didn't break the bank. Would buy again a really nice ironing board cover.

The Whitmor Ironing Board Cover is definitely not worth the money. It's one of the cheapest products I've come across—so thin and poorly made that it doesn’t even fit around the board properly. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something durable or functional.

It fit but had zero padding. I had to use a towel temporarily until I could order one with padding. Not recommended if you don't have a pad already to use with it

I thought this was a very stylish ironing board cover. I just needed a new cover for my 15 year old board, and I wanted more padding while ironing. This one works well and fits very well. I brought a different one from Bed Bath and Beyond and it did not fit.

I was impressed with the quality of this cover. As a compulsive buyer online I am used to disappointments, but for once an item exceeded my expectations. Very thick material and it fitted perfectly. I had my staple gun ready but didn't need it because the edges were study enough to hold it firmly in place. I am 100% impressed.
