I bought this machine after realizing how many people use it to make their dough for pierogies. I have arthritis and don't have enough strength to roll out the dough. It does a GREAT job of it. I have only made some pasta to see if I could do it and as you can see in the pics it was a great success.I expected a more in-depth manual but it wasn't so, if you have NO experience with a pasta machine I suggest you watch YouTube videos, not only will you learn how to operate any pasta machine but you will learn many tips on how to improve your pasta adventure. I highly recommend this machine. My pics show my completed first plate of pasta and the 2 different sizes that it will cut. The last 2 pics show how NECESSARY it is to clean those rollers first before you make some to consume. It removes the oil from the machine. I have a hand crank also but some lucky person it gonna get it lol.

The machine is not that good, hot easily. Once it is hot, this machine will make so much noise & smell like burning. The knob is very loose & it is hard to turn on. You can do big piles. You do like half an hour & machine turns very hot.

My wife uses this machine to make rice noodles. After a month of using, the machine started making rattling noises. This week the machine completely died. I bought the machine on sept 12 and today is nov 1st.
