This product was a little bit of a disappointment at first, makes small jobs harder. HOWEVER IT KILLS LICE!! We got exposed to to lice and it was my FAVORITE THING EVER! I cleaned beds, couches, carpets, pillows, everything!!!!!

It was ease to use, cord length was acceptable. Unfortunately, we were able to use it once, a total of 1 hour, and stop working completely. Is not worth the money that we spent.

It is a good product overall, very good for cleaning chairs, car seats and more. It was a gift for may husband and he love it.

It does heat up very fast. The pressure is not as stated but it gets very hot does not work goo d in shower but is excellent for the carpet. I did use it on my walls and they came out clean. I just with it had the amount of pressure that was stated in the add. That was the reason I chose this steamer but that advertisement is false

Haven't used steamer that much, however when I have used it, it seems to be user friendly, holds a lot more water than previous steamer I had, therefore it last a long time.Overall it's a really good investment for my cleaning business
