This bow was a great shooting bow. It hung up and would not fire or decock. Also just after a few shoots while sighting in, the winch spring weakened and would not return the cocking device automatically.Amazon was great to help me return and get it straightened out but the seller never returned or answered my calls.The manufacturer (ten point) were awful. I had the bow only a few days and they wanted me to return it for repair for 3-4 weeks “in the middle of deer season†then they hung up on me when I said that wouldn’t work for me.

Best crossbow I have ever used. Came sighted as described. Extremely powerful and the bolt went through the deer I shot this year. Anyone complaining about this bow in the reviews is doing something wrong. This is a top quality crossbow. I expect I will be using it for the next ten years or more with no complaints. I have shot it a lot too.

Bought for 2024 early bow season. I am 81 years old and have had a stroke which affects my left side the cocking devise is great. Purchased from a sporting goods store. Took it home, waxed the strings, lubed the rails, read the literature provided, set up at 20 yds. 2nd arrow was on, recovered arrows. Fired three arrows almost had a Robin Hood. Sat back rewaxed and lubed. For the next few days I would shoot six to ten times for practice, it out shoot my Barret 405 every time, Extremely satisfied best cross bow I have owned,

This scope is definitely not presighted. I have mounted 20+ scopes and this one is the worst. It's cranked as far the the left as the scope goes and is still not perfect. Other than that, the bow is great.

Buyer beware, this rdx 410 is not decock like it says in the description! I called Tenpoint today and she agreed that the description does say that however they could offer no help to me. So even with the inaccurate description and they knew that I wonder what else isn't right about this company. I would NOT recommend Tenpoint to my worst enemy!

i bought this new, the first day either the 4th or 6th shot the string blew, it happens, should it happen maybe not but i contacted amazon and they told me they'd have UPS pick it up for return, no arguments or discussions of which i appreciated, took a few weeks to get my refund but i am not complaining, i turned around and bought the 400 now and hopefully wont have any issues. for the cost we expect everything to be perfect and i understand that but fortunately mine was through amazon and they were real good at dealing with this. still giving them a 4 star, wont give them a 5 because i really liked the feel of the bow and its gone but i may go and but another 410.
