This is a well designed and well built tool which allows for easy digiscoping. The hardware is simple and very functional. The unit attaches to any eyepiece between 1" and 2" in diameter. That automatically aligns the optics and displays the image on a small built in screen. It links to the phone by a built WiFi, accessed with an app available online via Apple or Android. It captures decent quality images, with solid color and allows taping of sessions on a built in 64GB TF card, at least a couple of hours worth. Charging is by USB-C, cable included..A successor model might consider the following changes to further enhance the product.1: Replace WiFi by Bluetooth. Linking the phone to the unit's WiFi cuts it off from normal service.2: Tweak the software to leave the unit screen running even when it is transmitting to the phone.Note that the phone remains free when using this device. The user can attach the phone to the scope if desired for convenience, but that will require a separate device.

Actually bought this for a monocular spotting scope & I’m happy I did. Happily the unit is a little larger than I expected and the video screen is large enough to be usably vivid/clear. I haven’t tied it to the phone yet but I’ll update edit when I do.

The housing is plastic, so be careful in cold weather. It is easy to use, although I wish the printed instructions were better and more explicit. Otherwise, it is a good, inexpensive camera that easily attaches to all my telescopes. Light weight and portable it is a good addition to my hiking kit.

Man this thing is not at all worth it. Extremely grainy images. App freezes on Samsung Galaxy 24. Not intuitive and not a lot of features.Would probably fit most microscopes, telescopes, binoculars, you might consider this if it cost less than $20. Light very cheap plastic.

I’ll start with the positives: the pictures it takes are good for the price you pay, and it is a good physical design for centering the camera over telescope objectives. It’s simple enough to use, and it does work as advertised. However, it does have a few deficiencies that I feel are pretty important. First, and far most importantly, there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the exposure. As such, you really won’t be able to capture images of anything you can’t see with your eyes, which to seem level defeats the purpose of getting a telescope camera. If it is possible to adjust the exposure, it’s not at all intuitive, which brings me to my next point, which is that the app isn’t well-designed. It works, but you don’t have much control and annoyingly it defaults to video every time you use it. Connecting the camera to your phone is straight-up bizarre, requiring you to switch to a separate WiFi network, which is finicky and hard to use and means that you can’t use your own WiFi at the same time, and if you accidentally disconnect it’s annoying and complicated to reconnect. It would be worth it to spend the extra $10 or whatever for a Bluetooth model that doesn’t go through that needlessly complicated connection process. Finally, the app makes you save every image individually to your phone instead of allowing you to download them as a set (or just saving them directly to your phone’s library), which is a pain. Ultimately, it can take pictures through a telescope and is much more consistent and easier to use than a cell phone mount, and so it’s clearly better than not having a camera, but ultimately the app and the connection is just too much of a pain and more importantly you can’t control exposure time, so I wish I’d spent a bit more on a camera with a more thoughtfully designed interface.

Sugerencia, deberÃan contar con un manual mas detallado, por lo demás cumple su función para lo que necesito.

My son loves to explore nature and take his telescope with him when he goes outdoors. I got this wireless electronic eyepiece to add a wonderful experience for him and he is very happy. This eyepiece fits his telescope well, easy to connect and use. It is lightweight, easy to carry and does not take up too much space in his bag. With this eyepiece, his pictures and videos are clearer with high definition. Wifi support is a plus, can watch the movement through the phone without touching the telescope. The battery works well, when fully charged, the eyepiece can be used for up to 4 hours. The app is easy to use, he has no problem downloading and using, everything goes smoothly. With this eyepiece, my son loves to explore everything around him from the sky to the ground. I am very happy to give good things for my son
