When our Wilbur Curtis Coffee maker stopped dispensing the correct amount of water for each brew cycle, I called the factory and they told me that the problem was that this sensor was fouled through normal use and needed to be replaced. We ordered it, it arrived in a couple days, we installed it in 5 minutes and now everything is working perfectly.
